My friend got sick from the very greasy burger, which l won't order that ever.

The food was great and our waitress was kind and quick and checked with us regularly throughout our dining experience. Only problem we had was an angry loud drunk at the bar who had to be told to quiet down a couple times and told he was cut off but was never asked to leave.

Order was wrong , had to wait additional 35 minutes after the rest table was done eating. Very unprofessional girl not our waitress came to table, she came from behind bar spoke super loud and was very unprofessional and rude I wish I would got her name, brown hair had it pulled up, very loud, tall and thin, acted like she was on speed or hopped up on something. Anyways our waitress was nice, apologized and gave us 5 dollars and some change off my wrong order. This was on 2- 24-25 around 12 to 1:30 . Our waitress said she had been there 2 years but only serving about month. We left her nice tip and understood. Who ever the girl was that came to our table after from behind bar, was very unprofessional, very rude, and we will never be back. The food was okay.

Bourbon mushroom swiss burger was lacking mushrooms ,overloaded with onions ,and lacking bourbon flavor. Have had better at dairy queen. Waitress was top notch.

The food is usually pretty good. Our waitress tried to pull a fast one trying to snag a larger cash tip from us (even though we already gave over 20%). Not happy about that but food was good.

Love the food and the deserts are awesome!! The wait staff and bartenders are very professional.
My favorite is the bourbon street steak…

3rd time at Applebee's. 1st time in Sept 2024. asked for a hamburger well done. Meat so rare blood soaked the bun. 2nd time in Sept 2024 asked for hamburger plain AGAIN and came with onions and pickles. Thought wife and I would try for the 3rd time tonight and said no fries with my hamburger and asked for coleslaw instead. Came with fries and no coleslaw. my son did not get fries with his hamburger which he ordered. Each time the server NEVER wrote down our orders. 3RD TIME IS A CHARM. NEVER GOIN BACK. YOUR SERVERS NEED TO TAKE THE ORDERS AND WRITE THEM DOWN LIKE MOST RESTAURANT SERVERS DO !!! GOIN BACK TO CHILI'S FROM NOW ON.
