I took my Senior mother out for Dinner recently and we had a poor experience overall. Food was poor, frozen excuses for food. Service was lackluster and slow. They were out of a few of the things we originally wanted to overall. Will not be returning to this brand based on this experience.

Food is good for the price. It's a good deal for the quantity you receive. Potatoes are buttery, and the steak is nothing special but decent. Salad could use another wash. Onion rings are super tasty... and menu shows a reasonable upcharge for them**Our waitress was MIA whenever we needed her, but she was pleasant. She did not let us know of any upcharge fees. Also, our bill was not accurate, and even after having a manager try to fix it twice, it wasn't correct. Menu prices were not billed prices (onion ring upgrade was the same price as a full order of onion rings on the side, where menu stated differently. This never got resolved.)Music was ok. Booths are rather private, which is nice. Needs soundproofing, tho.Kid-friendliness: Car seats fit in the booths
The food is really good here. I especially like their appetizers, particularly the mozzarella sticks. Their chicken tenders are also very good, being the perfect mix of crunchy breading and tender, juicy chicken inside. The seasoning brings it all together as some of the best chicken tenders I've ever had. Service is sometimes a bit slow. I've also picked up orders here while doing doordash delivery and it can be especially slow, but I can't necessarily fault them on that because the customers dining in should take priority of course, especially on busy nights. The atmosphere isn't anything special but also isn't bad. It's not too bright or too dim, there's a nice bar in the middle, and there are also TVs all around to watch while eating.Parking: Parking lot wraps around two sides of the building, creating not too far of a walk inside from almost every spot. Parking is plentiful and not too difficult to find even on busy nights, though be prepared to have to park farther away. It gets busy around 6-10pm, likely as most people are getting off work around this time and want to go chill afterwards.
Busy Saturday, no problem. Polite and nice waitress, very nice. Wait 30mins for 1 beer and an hour for food... disappointing.
