came thru the drive thru ordered 3 buffalo chicken sliders cheese sticks fries and a ruben meal... my Ruben had 4 thin sliced pieces of meat on it. fries were cold. chicken sliders were so hard and stale they were not edible. cheese sticks tasted frozen still those and the fries got put in my air fryer to finish cooking them. tried to call didnt get an asnwer. one time i got a hang up on me but no person to speak to. as a manger at a food establishment thats unprofessional. ill be escalating this further because this is the 3rd time ive had issues ive tried to have fixed

Food is always delicious! Onion rings the best around. Nice crispy thick rings. Yummy! Those Jamocha shakes. WOW! Chocolate and coffee. For someone who hates coffee I love these shakes!

Food is expensive. Haven't been there in ages but when we went for a kids meal and two regular meals it was 40 dollars. Also when my cousin was eating her gyro there was a long blonde hair in her food. She was very upset. My turkey bacon ranch sandwhich was good but we were both thrown off after that.

Employees are disrespectful! 2 young girls didn’t give half of my order when my boyfriend stayed a minute trying to get there attention they looked and laughed then proceeded to hid under the counter while the other employee sat on the counter on her phone! After what felt like forever of waiting we left without half the food we paid for! If you’re going to have high schoolers working you need to have someone higher up in the place! smh🤦♀️

Last time we had to go in for arby sauce. This time we ask for lots of arby sauce. We only gotten two packets. Are you guys running out of sauce or do you not understand lot of sauce.
