We eat here quite often. It’s is my boyfriend’s favorite restaurant. Service is always great, food is always hot and fast. I usually get a smaller meal, but today I got the double chocolate pancakes, they were amazing! So much food I took home a lot. Great portion size. Prices aren’t bad either!

This review is solely about Eric the manager. He is very rude, arrogant and a disrespectful person. He doesn't know how to talk or treat others. He is also disrespectful and rude to his employees, we have witness this behavior several times. We can't believe his employees take it. Hope this review opens your eyes and you change your behavior towards others. Be a better person.🙏

The atmosphere was lovely, bright and very clean, welcoming. We had lunch and our waitress was Donna, she was so nice. She went the extra mile to make the meal for my grandson more ecomonical. My meal, a turkey sandwich came with fries but I didn't want fries . My grandson ordered a chicken tender meal so she suggested to get a four piece appetizer and the fries I didn't want for him. It made perfect sense! The two of us had lunch for 27 dollars with a beverage. We both needed a take out box to take home, my sandwich was so filling as was my grandsons meal, we couldn't finish it all. There was a little snafoo, I left my bank card in my jacket at home, they were so understanding and I went home to retrieve it and was back within 10 minutes. Admittingly embarrassed, but tipped Donna well she was deserving of it. The service, cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere and the staff making us feel like family will bring us back. I recommend the Water Street Bob Evans.

Food is good. Not too keen on the servers. They are hit and miss. Even the seasoned ones are slow; unless you seem to know them then they are all over your table and sitting with you...which I don't care for either. Don't expect much but a drink refill would have been nice. The time we went it was mildly busy. So I do take that into account. Atmosphere was fine. Place seemed clean. That is always a plus.

Always enjoy going to this restaurant....we visit at least 2-3 times a week...Been enjoying the Bob Evans App I was told about with rewards...But In September and now in October I wasn't getting the rewards like I did in the past....I wasn't getting anywhere with agents when I called or emailing, so I called Corporate...reached a lady named Susan who was a delight! She helped me with giving rewards and waited patiently with me to see if they were loaded to the App...got it resolved....also said she would reach out to the Dept. that handles the rewards.... kudos to Susan..thank you so much, you made my day!
