Good bar. Perfectly suits the town of Port Huron. When do the Christmas decorations come down?
Brass Rail is the kind of bar that makes you feel right at home the second you walk in! The chill atmosphere was exactly what I needed, and the staff was on point all night. The bartenders were not only fun but super attentive, and the rest of the crew was constantly making sure empties didn’t sit around long—talk about service!
The music was an unexpectedly awesome mix of heavy rock and holiday tunes, which somehow worked perfectly and kept the vibe alive. And can we talk about the Christmas decor? It was clean, festive, and just the right amount of over-the-top for the season.
I’ll be honest: I’m not a fan of the Tom and Jerry’s (hot liquor is just not my thing), but that’s totally on me, not them. This place is a good ol’ fashioned bar in the best way—made me feel like I was back in my college days. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a relaxed and fun night out!

Very friendly staff. Stopped in for a beer to kill time before my son’s hockey game across the street. Love the old school atmosphere!

Can't review the food service or atmosphere. Parked my car and wanted to go in and a bunch of bikers out front said I can't park there. I stated I wanted to get something to eat. He stated you can't wear here. State also that this wasn't a parking space, yet pointed out to the thug that's what the white lines were. So explain why it isn't. Then he said the owners (Brass Rail) of the bar doesn't want cars parked there so move it. So I left. No reason now to even patronage a place that doesn't want cars there let alone people willing to eat. From other people's review this seems nice of a place with good food. The biker mentality on parking and wanted to try out the place just turned me off.
So if I come down then you can't park cars there Friday or Saturday. FYI - There was plenty of room. All they had to say "sorry we have bikes coming and this place is reserved for them" I drive a classic and can understand. To out right lie makes me wonder. So you (owner) does not want cars Friday and Saturday since that spots reserved for bikes. No problem. May want to block that area off... No problem at least I know
Glad uts reopened; great wood bar goes back 100 years

Such a cool bar!
This is your quintessential bar, old timey feel with hometown atmosphere. Great servers and great drinks. Gotta go during the winter season to at least try the tom and jerry's.

Cool atmosphere and the iconic Tom and Jerry's are amazing and a must around Christmas. My friends and I loved that they had Christmas in July last year too! The only reason I didn't give service 5 stars is because a couple of the times we've been there it almost felt like they were irritated we were there.
