Nice people, but very slow and clumsy. Spilt fries all over the counter. Took 25 mi s for our food. For a whooper a few shakes 2 fries 2 8 piece chicken fries and 2 8 piece churros . 0.0 sense of urgency or car for that matter

Food was hot and delicious. Customer service sucks. I ordered my meal for dine in so i could at burger king. The employee that handed me my food in a to go bag and gave me attitude for aking for a tray. I guess they want me to just put ketchup on the table. Making a mess for them to clean up.

If you don’t like your job THEN DO NOT WORK THERE??? I’m not sure what woman employee at 8:45 pm January 19 was taking orders, but she was so rude from the MOMENT we pulled in. We ask for a number 1 she goes “is that it” doesn’t ask us what size or what we would like to drink. We tell them we would also like a number 3, silence and then a gentleman took over and asked if that was it, then just told us to pull up. Gave us 2 Cokes (again never once asked for what we wanted to drink), and made one of our orders a small without even asking. I’m a super easy going person and this was absolutely not how you treat people yall need to get it together

Yet again for the I don't even know how many time now Burger King has failed to make their food safe to eat they give you not only a pound and a half of mayonnaise on your food but it's literally like dark yellow mayonnaise like dark yellow but they just continuously keep loading it with like a pound or a half a pound of mayonnaise someone needs to be fired and this company needs to be re-educated on how to properly cook food

I've Ordered from here 999 24th St Port Huron BK a million times over. I'm a regular,but...today Sun Dec 29th @ 4:47pm I was welcomed with Such Attitude, Ignorance and just plain Poor Customer Service. I'm not sure of hef name,never seen her here before. She wears Glasses,Short,Lil heavy side (No Offense,just had no name tag to read) dark hair...Mgr I Believe because of her Work Attire BLACK SHIRT amongst the rest in regular BK shirts....she was just NOT WHAT THIS BK IS ABOUT ..... SORRY AWFUL REVIEW WITH THIS PERSON IN CHARGE

The food was good but the drive through attendant was absolutely rude, cursing us as we drove away. All we said was thank you when we recieved our food. Behavior was completely uncalled for
Ordered a whopper Jr. Meal and fiery wrap among a few other things. The whopper Jr. was missing and was given a Philly wrap instead of the fiery wrap.

I was extremely hungry after not eating for 7 hours so I decided to go to bk and everything was good except the fact that I ordered a royal crispy chicken sandwich and asked for nothing on it and when I got home I took a bite and immediately threw it out because they used a spicy chicken patty. Worst $8 ever spent.
