My dad and I went for lunch at about 12:45 and ordered their new BBQ brisket Whopper. Well, they were missing a lot of the toppings, and the only topping that should have been missing was the pickle. I'll be posting a picture of one of the burgers, but just so you guys are aware, they look like they were just skimping on stuff and being messy with it o ps also ordered a large fry and was given medium.

I've been to this place since I was three! Mom and dad really enjoyed burger king until they got food poising.mom and dad would go a few times and they'd let me in the playplace it was really fun and it's been really fun but now sadly I'm too old for playplaces but I guess that's ok because the playplace is sticky but surprisingly they keep the playplace really clean which is what most places fail to do. Pretty cool place definitely let your kids play!

Jaylynn at the counter was so helpful with my order. She was also bubbly and nice. Which we rarely see anymore in fast food. The food was hot and made exactly the way we wanted it. Everyone was quick and efficient. I’m a GM at a restaurant and if I lived closer I’d steal some of the employees. Great team work guys. Keep it up!
Kid-friendliness: Perfect! My daughter played in their playground for a couple hours. Nice clean fun for the littles!
Review on the 3584 Pine Grove Ave, Port Huron, MI 48060 Burger King #487. The costumer service was extremely poor and definitely one of the worst experiences i’ve have. Not to mention I had to go back to the drive through because my soda tasted like co2.
Basic Burger King..... Except really rude service The lady didn't answer our question ... My husband asked again .... Thinking she didn't hear him ... .. She screamed at him and was extremely short and rude at the window ....

I ordered DoorDash, and Ruben was my dasher. Wanted to give him acknowledgment first. This is a 10/10 ! This is original chicken sandwich with my additional onions. The bun was soft, the chicken was on point, and pictures don't do it justice. Picture perfect and hit the spot. Much props to the BK crew on 24th Ave!

Worst customer service ever. The lady that's a manager has no business in her position. Very rude lady. And apparently they don't know how to count. Last 3 times I was there they shorted us 3-5 items. I can see making a mistake but it's no coincidence it happens every time. Check your bag before you leave or you'll be wasting gas money going back for your stuff. #FACTS
