Absolutely love Casey’s but so sad about the discontinue to the creamy Italian dressing especially for the turkey bacon club! Not a fan of the dill dressing… it won’t deter from the restaurant but that was the best dressing around & I sadly miss it! For the good of the public please bring it back!!!
We placed an online order and when we got to the end of the order, it said Casey’s was offline and your card will not be charged. Well guess what? The charge went thru! I called and the gal on the phone said, oh that happens! We were charged but had no food. If we wanted food she would place another order and we would have to pay for it…again. Nope! That total of $27.98 was tied up from Saturday til the following Wednesday….until it fell off. I had messaged the owner twice but no response or anything. According to the gal on the phone, this happens quite a bit but the owners have not fixed it. Horrible customer service, horrible online service, and owners that don’t care to fix their online problem.
Yesterday, December 23, 2024, My daughter and I went to have dinner together. It was my first time going to Casey's. We had a wonderful time! Our waitress, Kimmie, was very attentive to our needs and answered my questions regarding the menu. The food was great! My daughter ordered the Dill Pickle Pizza and I had the Chicken Caesar Wrap, plus we shared an order of their wonderful fries. I will definitely be back!
I've been eating at Caseys for years, I order online a lot and have it delivered all the time. I always ask for extra sauce in the special instructions. Today I just got a call back from them wanting my card number so they can charge me $3 for the extra sauce. 🤣🤣 What a damn joke.. Ive been spending over $80 a week there lately cuz I love the food and you're gonna call me and shake me down for an extra $3 🤣🤣
EDIT: I'm eating the rest of my food and grab one of the Extra sauces (that I was charged for) and the damn thing isn't even half full!! 🤬

Hipster bar, the manager needs to learn customer service. No need to be rude. Not worth your time. It’s expensive for being rushed. The food could be better.

These guys at Casey’s never disappoint! They serve more than just pizza and an endless variety of beer. They have nice food varieties such as chicken sandwiches and fries, salads and even burgers! Service is great and they have a great atmosphere to boot!

We had a huge group that went to Casey’s, about 20. They don’t take reservations but we’re able to seat us within about 45 minutes. The drinks were really interesting and we loved the pizzas! Everyone had something they liked which is tough with such a large group. We had excellent service.

Expensive
Poor attitude of wait staff
Fries taste like the entire spice cabinet went on them. Drinks taste like medicine and the water glass taste like it came from the dish tank. Burger wasn't to bad

I was referred here to get the chicken tenders and stopped in during the weekday just before dinner. I seated myself as the sign indicated. I sat near the bar at a flattop table, and a nice breeze came in on a beautiful September day through the open garage doors. I ordered recommended five-piece tempura battered chicken tenders with seasoned fries. You also get the choice of 2 of 6 homemade dipping sauces. The entree came out promptly, and the tenders were piping hot but were dark, flat, and overcooked. The French fries were warm, not hot, and overly salty. The sauces were uninspired. The diet drink was flat and not very carbonated, coming from a soda gun at the bar.
There is a high- and low-top bar seating and a patio area with umbrellas. Good service, competitive pricing, and a clean restroom. Unknown on WiFi.
They have great reviews, but I did see another with overcooked chicken tenders. If I return, I will try something else highly rated off the menu.
Parking: Angle parking on a side street along with lot parking in the rear.
