The food (taste/quality) is ok however the portion size was pathetic (almost laughable). The server literally stretched a small spoonful of rice across the bowl to give the appearance of a larger portion. Same performance with the beans. He had no issues piling on the lettuce though!!! Seriously folks, rice and beans are still very inexpensive, so you really should do better for the price of this stuff. Overall, I’m not impressed with Chipotle and probably should have gone to Culver’s.

DONT BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR MORE VEGGIES.... I had to ASK for fresh steak and beans at 11:50 (lunch). Most items were very low/old/dry but I waited 10 minutes for fresh food and after directing staff on more rice, more corn and more cheese the bowl was amazing. I love the new Carne Asada steak. Always great if you stand up for yourself.

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. 3pm no food and when it was ready they waited on everyone else and I had to wait. Then I paid 8 bucks for a nasty stake bag of chips! Everyone seems to be so slow and not knowing what's going on

I haven't had a chance to go there yet but the driving directions are really good.
Qdoba has a few more burrito topping options and the size is bigger for a few more dollars but Chipotle is still good and fresh.

Only went here because I had a gift card and figured I’d use it. I ordered a chicken bowl with a side of chips and queso and boy was I disappointed but honestly not surprised due to all the recent things I’ve heard about Chipotle lately. My online “chipotlane” order for 7:10 was not ready and they hadn’t even started making it. What’s the point of that feature if it’s not going to be ready at the specified time? Mind u they were not busy. And after my 10-15 minute drive home I busted open my bowl to find everything ice cold. Not even luke warm. I honestly don’t think it was ever warm. And as mentioned in other reviews, the chips were stale as if they were left uncovered for multiple days. The queso was the only thing “warm”. I’ve learned my lesson to stick to Qdoba from now on.

Since I don’t want a rice and sour cream burrito bowl I left. 1 star because they had 30 grains of old rice for sale.
