Meghan was fantastic with getting our take out order being organized along with Ava. We drive 2 hours from Canada to have supper at the Port Huron location. Our only complaint is to corporate - pretty soon you will have to change the name to Chicken Barrel - no ham anymore, the sampler platter is gone - all the good menu items are slowly disappearing and if you aren’t a chicken lover you don’t have much choice anymore.

Now, that's home cooking comfort food.

The country fried Turkey was so good! I would have preferred a stuffing to go with it but instead you get Mac and cheese and your choice of another side.

We went to Cracker Barrel in Port Huron Nov 8th/25. Our server was Nita, who was amazing. She was always making sure we were enjoying our meal, and she seated us closest to the fire place which is always wonderful and cozy. She is definitely an asset to your restaurant, as well as her manager Anne. We’re Canadian’s, and every time we cross the border, Cracker Barrel is our first stop. We LOVE the shopping as well. We shop at all the unique gifts before going into eat.

Cracker Barrel is obviously not unique to Port Huron. But, as a local resident, it's my late evening go to for a quick and delicious meal.

At the hostess stand ask to be seated in JT's section. He knows the menu inside and out, delivers meals and refills promptly, and clearly loves his job.

We are weekly regulars for the food...and JT's great service.

I ordered dinner to-go on the Cracker Barrel website. It was an extremely intuitive and easy process. I arrived at my exact expected time, and sure enough it was ready. My order was complete and exactly as requested. The food was was fresh, hot and tasted great.

Even though there was no wait, I perused the store and found a couple of great deals as well. Just a great overall visit!
