I was in there this evening and ordered a large blizzard with oreo and reeves peanut butter cup. I was lucky to get a couple cookie crumbs and no peanut butter cup pieces. I will be calling them tomorrow... Very disappointed

I tried a new Blizzard flavor. Peach Cobbler ? it was ok. Had to try something I never had.

Parking: Easier to park in street in front.

Absolutely horrible customer service by a bunch of teenagers who are rude as heck especially the girl with the blue hair we waited over 20 minutes just to order a small ice cream cone only to be augured with and get an attitude I asked what the manager name was and she replied mom I told her it wasn't mom and asked what the name was then told me she was ringing me up and didn't have to answer I had to ask 4 times what the managers name was finally I got her name I will be calling corporate over this absolutely ridiculous they need new employees especially standing in line watching them eat ice cream while you wait is even more annoying we ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for a small ice cream cone

Been here for half a hour and still no chill cheese hotdogs, never seen any thing like this. Every one got head up butz no work just talking and phone .Got my melted Sundays, that where made half hour before my chill cheese dogs and Guess what no cheese on dogs. Sad, I hope you get better at your job because you just open for the season and things are going to only get busier for you all. Owner should care, but I am sure they do not.

Very friendly. First really nice day of summer, the manager had employees call in, and she ran that place by herself for a lil while. And still had lobby full of people eating their food and ice cream, not many waiting.

Parking: Parking is a little tight, and somewhat limited in the lot, although for the size of the building it's fair.

Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to go into the building, plenty of sidewalk space for hanging out outside, and no curb from the parking lot to building
