Very friendly. First really nice day of summer, the manager had employees call in, and she ran that place by herself for a lil while. And still had lobby full of people eating their food and ice cream, not many waiting.
Parking: Parking is a little tight, and somewhat limited in the lot, although for the size of the building it's fair.

It's just a dairy queen. The south end one isn't as good as the north end one, and is definitely more "cozy." Parking lot isn't very good, cramped. Honestly go to 24th street and hit Jimmy's if you want some ice cream.
