Get better standards
So upon being with my family all I wanted was to sit in the chair that was sitting outside inside the place so I was left with no choice to sit on the floor where the carpet look like it ain't been changed in years and then I'm looking up at the ceiling while I'm at it and it looks like that the tiles are about to fall out on my head I think they were kind of rude and even saying that after 4 hours that my people would get charged if I hung out for more than 4 hours there I do not recommend and I believe it should be condemned
Honestly i had positive thoughts about this place until my experience was tainted by the manager and her daughter, I'll be honest we weren't perfect but what they said on the last day we were there was very rude and i won't be back. The only good thing there was the price compared to other places.
How is it still open...... The inside of the rooms looks absolutely disgusting like from a movie ? Tape on the ceiling as it's falling apart and ancient walls and some coax hanging out the ceiling to some analog CRTs. Either invest in renovation everything about it (and clean it with a power washer at least) or shut the scum hole down

Edit: I just called (at 4 am) to book another night and the voicemail called it El Ranch??? Im confused is it called El Rancho or El Ranch. Please help
