Love the food most of the time, and I have been a customer for the last ten years, but every single time I have ordered delivery in the last few months it is late and they don’t send the driver UNTIL I call the store to check on my order. And the person that answered the phone could ‘not be bothered and said “ you're the order waiting for a delivery it’s on its way”. You didn’t even ask what order number it was or the name on the order. If you are so slow that you have one delivery going out at a time, it definitely shouldn’t take over an hour and a half to deliver food that was supposed to be delivered in 45 minutes. I have been on hold without talking to anyone for over ten minutes and counting. Yeah you just lost a long time customer.
Update: After waiting on hold for over 10 minutes, I had to hang up and call back to get them to pick up their phone just to find out after a lengthy convo between the delivery driver and the manager (I could hear everything btw) they delivered my food to the wrong house. The delivery driver lied to the manager about the other address being a corner house it’s not. Could also hear that over the phone…
Would like it noted that the manager I spoke with was very apologetic. And the person that did deliver was super friendly which is the only reason I changed this from a one star.

Placed order at 5:25 for delivery and received it at 6:55. Food was good but the delivery time was way too long for a 3.6 mile delivery. All I ordered was a large pizza and some rib tips.

Went today around 5:45pm and walked right out. Skinny guy with tattoos and piercings was high as a kite. He could barely stand while other customers were placing orders. I get it times are hard and one body is better than none but that's just wrong for a food business. The other employees looked embarrassed like they knew what was going on but didn't want to say nothing. Very disturbing

If there was an option for no stars I would have done that instead. We paid $40 for 1 pizza and 1 bread which ok, We arrived to the store and told the lady our names, she didn’t check to see if our food was ready. We waited an hour for our pizza until she finally asked again who our order was for and it was sitting right behind her on the table for the whole 30+ minutes we were sitting there waiting. We got to the pizza and it was cold. Later noticed there was a coupon for a bread and pizza at a cheaper price when the girl told us there wasn't any deals. We called to ask for a refund and the girl told us she couldn’t refund us. Im furious I paid so much money for my food to be cold and get terrible service on top of that when I could’ve went down the road and got a large hot and ready pizza for $5. Lost my service.

I'm a little disappointed with how my food tasted. The sauce didn't really taste right. I mean I could be a different sauce then I'm used too but still...it wasn't too good. Neither were my wings. But the carrot cake was amazing

Absolutely awful customer service. Our pizza was wrong, my granddaughter who was hungry, ate a piece (she’s 2). Called and was told because a piece was eaten they couldn’t do anything. Really? Any other place would more than happily replaced the pizza no problem. I’ve worked at a pizza place and NEVER did we treat customers like that.

We were very impressed..we had a rather large order and nothing was messed up..that's a rare thing with fast food now a days..the ribs fell right off the bone and the flavor was perfect..the cod dinner was good too ?
