First time iv ever been disappointed in their pizzas. There was a strange un melted underlayment of mozzarella under the melted cheese. Altho the pizza was clearly cooked, it was almost as if they used a old batch of cheese. The taste was off as well. Almost a sour hint to it. I ate 2 slices and got pretty grossed out by the texture.

"Ordered pizza tonight... or at least I tried to. Hungry Howie's app decided to ghost me, so I called the local store like a civilized human being. Except, instead of talking to someone down the street, I ended up on the phone with someone who’s probably chilling in Bangladesh.
After 10 minutes of trying to explain that 'no, I don’t want extra cheese and confirming my address three times because I’m pretty sure my zip code doesn’t exist on their map, my order finally went through.
Moral of the story: Hungry Howie's pizza app is on strike, and I just took a culinary journey around the world to get 2 pizza's and some breadsticks. Worth it? Ask me after the first bite."
Update: pizza was good but minus 2 stars for using a call center.

Omg that was Incredible. I shouldn't have waited so long to order from here. I had a small antipasto and a medium pizza with peperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and onions with anchovies on the side. Good pizza and The Lions on tv‽ life is good.

Their pizzas are terrible. They put 4 tiny pieces of pineapple and 1/2 teaspoon if that of pepperoni on your pizza, ham maybe 1/2 teaspoon. Cheese 1 tablespoon. Won't be ordering from here again. Absolutely horrible pizza! And taking advantage of customers. There are other pizza places that will give you toppings

Returning to a hotel near the Blue Water Bridge, I was in search of a late-night meal. Unfortunately, there weren't many options available. However, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Hungry Howies was still open. Having fond memories of enjoying their food during my time in Michigan, I couldn't pass up the chance. The pizza exceeded my expectations, with its delightful combination of heat, cheesiness, and just the right amount of pepperoni. Yet, it was the cheesy bread that truly stole the show. The perfect balance of garlic butter and Parmesan made it absolutely irresistible. Both my husband and I thoroughly relished our midnight Hungry Howies experience and are already looking forward to repeating it in the future.
