The food's good proportion sides are small It would be a great thing to use this as a party to get your subs from excellent for that if you want a variety of types of subs

AVOID THIS Jersey Mike's at ALL COSTS! (Worst Restaurant Experience EVER) Body: Let me preface this by saying this was my FIRST time trying Jersey Mike's in the US, and it was hands down the WORST restaurant experience I've ever had. We went to the [Insert Location Here] location, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. We placed our order, and they only made HALF of it. Okay, mistakes happen, right? But then we waited 15 minutes for ONE more sandwich. After another 25 minutes of waiting (seriously!), I finally went up and asked for a refund for the rest of our order. Turns out they completely FORGOT two of our subs. No apology, just a "we forgot" as if that's supposed to make it okay. And the kicker? The place wasn't even busy! How do you mess up this badly when it's not crowded? Oh, and to top it all off, the restaurant was filthy. Garbage cans overflowing, tables dirty... it was just gross. Seriously, stay far, far away from this Jersey Mike's. I've never been so disappointed in a restaurant. It's put me off Jersey Mike's completely. I'm not sure if this is typical of the chain, but this location needs some serious help.

Ordered 2-9" subs on rosemary. Not a big deal they were on white bread but why were they under 6" each? Shouldnt they be spilling over since im missing a 1/3 of my sandwich? Now I have to go back out. Thanks for wasting my money and time!

Ordered pick-up and the cashier was rude and dismissive and paid extra $$ on an order customization and it was completely left out. Most of the front of house staff here is unfriendly and its frankly disappointing because it used to be a lot better.

The food was really good a bit pricey but good, the service was good most of the workers were soft-spoken so it was really hard to hear them and from someone that worked in a factory previously it's really hard to hear someone if they're talking softly to you about your food order and you're trying really hard to hear them speaking up a little bit more might help with that so it's a little clearer and more understanding, all around atmosphere was really nice it felt inviting.
The employees were very welcoming and efficient! I've loved this place's sandwiches for years, I'll continue to come back <3

I asked for no cheese on my sandwich TWICE because I cannot have dairy. Got home and there was cheese on my sandwich. Everyone was really nice, but I'd take rude service over allergies being ignored.

They force you to order food before your ALLOWED to use their restroom. Lost some long time customers that spend 50 bucks every time they visit here. Horrible customer service and unprofessional when they stop you before you are going to use the restroom and say "those are locked until you order." What's even crazier is I had a child with me. Pretty sure that is illegal in Michigan to deny a restroom when your restaurant offers seating to eat. Didn't even bother to order.

I'd say the girls that worked tonight were pretty silly The one grabbed my bread acted like it was some kind of sword smacked the other girl on the chest and they proceeded to try to feed it to me I declined and asked for a new bread I had the turkey sub with extra extra bacon and it was $26 plus they wanted a tip didn't really feel comfortable after all that I don't think 6 pieces of bacon on a big sub is extra extra and for almost 30 the bread was skinny and not a lot of turkey maybe it's just this time but all it takes is one bad vibe or one person to ruin a visit in this case two not very professional at all

I did not get the order I received. I ordered the Jumbo Big Kahuna with extra cheese light onions, extra lettuce, no onion or peppers. I got a regular size sub. Minimal lettuce, No onions, definitely no extra cheese. I did get my two bags of Miss Vicki's chips but not my two brownies. Not sure if mine was given away with the online orders on accident. The bread was not ready and was told to wait in my car and it would be ready in 20 minutes. I'm highly disappointed I did not get what I ordered. I was also not provided a receipt. There were no other customers at the time. Pure disappointment
