They do make a good sub, but man o man those prices just keep hiking. Seems every time I go in they raise the prices. That is one category subway definitely does win on.

Order #2419Whoever was my driver, you made this momma happy, thank you for bringing it up to the fourth floor of labor and delivery at port Huron hospital! I did not know you couldn’t leave floor after having a baby so I appreciate whoever the driver was for bringing the food up!! I was starving after having baby ?

I appreciated the location, but the staff seemed a bit behind on their stocking as there was stuff to be stocked hanging out, not put away; but also personal items like cell phones just hanging out, no effort to move when business showed up. No bathroom, but it's through the back door into the greater building lobby.

One star for poor delivery. I ordered my sandwich at 12:47 PM it finally arrived at 2:20 PM, almost 2 hours. This was the second time. It also happened a few weeks ago with a coworker.And when I finally received mine it was not even fresh any longer. Bread soggy and smashed down. Unbelievable, only 5 me nutes away if that.I will not order from there again.

Worst service ever. Last three times it was an average 1 hr delivery service each time. This last time was the worst. I had to call to remind them I asked for a delivery and remind them to bring change. When the delivery finally arrived my lunch time was over, he brought no change at all, I wasn’t about to tip him $10 for a $10 food bill. And it was 1hr 15minutes since the first call. I understand about being short staffed and would of accepted that but it’s only a couple blocks away and I specifically told them to bring change. I have gotten deliveries from restaurants further away that were quick and had the proper change. I give a generous tip too. But today you get nothing. I had to give you one star but you don’t deserve even that. My coworkers wait an hour for their delivery too. Horrible place.

Fresh bread and great staff
This was first time at Jimmy Johns. Ordered Spicy Italian on wheat and a large drink. It won't be my last time there. It was SOOOOOOOOO good!!
