The workers are nice.. the treats are tasty.. would recommend. Bit pricey... especially since they downsized some items (just like everyone else did). Dont trust the cardboard cupholder carriers.. some cups are too small now for it as my sticky car seat can attest.

It was SO DELISH. I got a creamy cone than melted into white sauce.🍦The white sauce was so good. Some of the best white sauce. I was lickin on it and having a gay ol time! 😀 It was piña colada btw! Very nice!

Google says they are open until 8 pm on Sunday….tried to get ice cream at 6:10 and they were closed. Update your times or open when you say you are.
We've had pasties from literally dozens of places across the UP. These are by far the best we've ever had. And the frozen custard...absolutely fabulous. Jimmy and his staff are so friendly and go to great lengths to ensure that everything is perfect-- and it is!!

We love Jimmy's! Whenever we come to PH, we usually drive thru for their famous frozen custard. We tried them for the first time, earlier this Summer. So glad we did! Now it's a regular stop when we're in town. We've had the custard Twist; van/chocolate cone, Brownie Hot Fudge sundae, and the Hot Fudge Cream Puff sundae. ALL VERY GOOD. My favorite? The Original HF Cream Puff with custard. On tonight's visit, after placing our order w/the gal at the speaker, Jimmy himself was at the window to greet us. Such a nice man. Gave us a sample of their chicken noodle soup. We were unaware they served soup, because we don't reside in PH year round, summers only. We will definitely come again if up this way this Fall, and get some hot soup, and pasties!! Thank you Jimmy for the great service, tonight!! ?We really appreciate good customer service. We'll be back.

Updating since I see that Jimmy has replied to positive reviews but not acknowledged several negative ones. You can't say that people are beating someone up online who clearly is driving customers away. If my review of my personal experience with her more than once is what changed her tune then so be it. Had your customer service been outstanding I would have been on here to say that instead.
Drive-thru only. Selection is decent. They are the only frozen custard place around, which must be why the woman who manages the place is fine with being rude all the time. One bad day is understandable. But if every day is a bad day.... it's you.

idk what it was but the lady through the speakers seemed like she had an attitude. It wasn’t like a teenager she was much older but home girl didn’t have to hospitality that I usually get at Jimmys. She was very short over the speaker and I was short back
