I had my baby shower hosted at Kate’s and it was AMAZING! Not only was the food absolutely incredible but the team at Kate’s is just unmatched! Communication with Kate was effortless and I felt very heard and taken care of immediately. I was able to drop things off before the shower and when we arrived an hour before the event started, they had everything decorated for us and all set up! It was so nice to just be able to soak it all in without having to worry about the details. The staff was so professional and kind, they waited on us and our guests hand and foot—making sure we had anything and everything we needed. They helped tear down after the event and packaged up all the extra food up for us to take home. I would host an event here any time I could, it’s a well oiled machine and they have everything rehearsed and well thought out. The care, hospitality and kindness that Kate’s exemplifies is just unmatched and we were so lucky to have our event there. I received so many compliments from my guests that my shower was just so incredible and they had such a great time! I would recommend Kate’s any and every time! 100/10!!! Thank you Kate!!

Walking in here felt like the set of every movie and television show of people going to a small town. The staff went all above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The food was great and so was the atmosphere. If I lived in Port Huron I would be a regular. The staff was exceptional. Thank you!

I ordered the special for the day and the shrimp/ crab soup was so delicious I had to pay compliments to the owner. Kate and Jennie were absolutely wonderful and it felt like seeing a family member when talking to them. I suggested they kept this item year round because it was that delicious and you can tell time and love was put into everything they make. Kate was beyond easy to work with and her staff the day of were so accommodating with helping with whatever I needed. I have no words to describe the food, but I will continue to come back for it! Kate and Crew are phenomenal humans who treat everyone who walks in like they are family, they pay close attention to even the smallest of details, making their food and drinks simply delicious. They have lots of seasonal (and some year-long) options - something for most, which we love since we have vegan, vegetarian, GF, omnivores, and carnivores in our “lunching” groups. If you’re visiting the Blue Water Area, give it a shot; if you’re a local, see you again soon!
