Ordered from this restaurant a lot, chicken/ food is usually fresh and 💯.
***Over the Christmas holidays we got a smaller bucket 🪣 this time and was served old/ mushy chicken. Kids didn’t even want to eat it. We did prefer/ order extra crispy. But we picked most of the breading off and got them to eat some of the inner chicken without mush, there was not alot or enough. Will check my orders from now on before leaving. 👍🏼🤷♀️💯

Very upset after spending $52 my food was horrible My family all were sick after and didn't even finish their plates biscuits weren't cooked some were too doughy the chicken was horrible look like it's been sitting out too long very upset should have brought it back up but I don't have a vehicle and it's too damn cold something needs to be done with the service as well

0 stars if i could. They are very rude especially whoever be working the drive thru, just snotty for no reason, they never have chicken or can never substitute anything then have the audacity to be rude about it when you ask them for something. Do not waste your time going here.
my husband went to pick up food. I looked at the menu before he went. I wanted the mac and cheese bowl with chicken. they said they couldn't make it because its an online exclusive. but online it doesn't say it only available online..although there are some bowls that say they were digital only. what is that about. im guessing they just didnt want to make it. or is there something wrong with the app? please look into that.

Would give 0 stars if I could. My husband went to this location around 8:30 and didn't leave for almost an hour. He went through the drive thru and they forgot half of our order. He went in to get the rest of our order. He received 2 of the 3 items that were missing after 25 minutes. When he asked for the biscuits they forgot again, they said they didnt know he wanted those. That was an item that came with the meal he ordered and he mentioned it before that too. Even another customer (door dash who also mentioned that they had been waiting an hour for their order) came to my husband's defense. They told my husband that the biscuits would be another 10 minute wait. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Forgot to put my free online order of 8pc boneless chicken in my bag. Then wouldn't answer phone when I attempted to call a half dozen times.

We placed our order at the drive through speaker where the lady was very rude and had a very port attitude , we asked for sauce and she said remind me of sauce at the window and when we got to the window they rushed us away without giving us a chance to even order sauce , I asked for a water which I did not receive overall terrible customer service if you don’t like your job find somewhere else to work

as a former employee, it’s not that hard of a job. we’ve regularly gone to kfc and haven’t had many issues other than the last two times going. make sure to check your bags before you pull off, because even though it says “double checked” on the receipt, it’s not. fast food is only fast if you do it correctly ! not when you have to continually go back over forgotten goods. shouldn’t have to check it myself, but unfortunately when you have employees who don’t care about their jobs, you’ll have that.

Place sucks. They forget your sauces for family tender meal and sides are cold. Unfortunate when you have to drive back and fourth 10 minutes each way just to wait another 5 minutes in the lobby for fries and sauces just to get home and have cold tenders that are only mid quality anyways …. Come on Shelly do better. And Tina. They really need a warmer on the front counter insted of putting customers food out on the counter to sit and get room temperature. Crazy how it says it was packed and double checked and still missed the sauces.

The best kfc meal I’ve had in years! Fresh, flavorful and juicy. Got a 3 pc meal and a spicy chicken sandwich and I didn’t have to ask twice about hot sauce and honey! Immaculate.
