Went to KFC on 24th street 1/13/25 around 5:30 pm. Ordered 16 piece bucket meal and paid for an extra breast. The woman server said the extra breast was in the bucket. Got home set out chicken meal and discovered I was shorted the breast. Only got 4. Called and told woman who answered I was shorted and did not get an apology or answer or offer to make the order right, she just hung up. Must be the new KFC customer service policy! Go to Kroger from now on!

So let me get started on our LOVELY experience this evening! WOW! So I decided to order through the app as it’s super convenient and you’d assume that it is helpful towards the employees as they can go through the order and make sure they have everything ready.. or so you’d assume.. my husband went in to pick up our order as the app said it was ready for pickup. He gets home with the order and I’m going through it, Ofcourse two items were missing. We checked the slip which clearly says “packed and double checked” now THAT is utter BS because if they did, this wouldn’t have happened. So I called them to let them know that they forgot two of the items in out order which we HAPPILY PAID FOR before even receiving our food.. the woman who answered the phone didn’t even apologize and hung up on me before I could even get an answer out of her of when the rest of our order would be ready. My husband went back to collect the remainder of our order. He wasn’t apologized to nor were they friendly. This place I will never return again! Disgraceful

Your chicken legs and wings were blubbery. The breast have nasty tendons in them.

Have to explicitly ask for sauces. No honey with my biscuit. The biscuits are like eating cotton socks without any sort of sauce. They should have saved the biscuit for someone who wanted it. Hope a seagull gets it!

I love KFC. Delicious!!! Problem is I have not left the KFC in Marysville, MI happy in about a year and and a half. It's never easy to order. They never have enough chicken to make a full bucket. People are rude. As convenient as this is, I think I'm going to drive to Port Huron next time.
just visit the port huron michgan kfc on 24th street. part of my order was a famous bowl...well it's not so famous it was maybe a half a bowl if lucky more gravy than anything and had 2 maybe 3 small pieces of chicken in it. hardly no potatoes or corn but lots of gravy tho. needless to say my granddaughter wasn't a happy camper when she opened her food. I live about 20-25 mins out of town and didn't have the means or way to get back there to address the issue.

when to order a family deal that I've ordered before which showed in the app that was available to be ordered at this location as well. The employee was very rude and snappy about it. so I ordered the taste of KFC 6 piece family deal with I have ordered and changed out the sides because the Mac& cheese is nasty and I don't like it. I was met with you can't changed it. I was very dumbfounded as I have ordered the same thing before and changed the sides. which is the app you can. but you force someone to take something they don't want is not only ridiculous but and safety concern. what if my aunt had ordered it for her self? she is a allergic to cheese so you are going to force someone to take something they are allergic to? that's a lawsuit waiting to happen! to make it even worse my nuggets and fires weren't even put in my order! I had to turn around and come back to be met with rudeness from the manger as well. beyond disappointed is an understatement!
kfc used to be great and we used to have it all the time but in the last few years port Huron and fort Gratiot have gone to the garage! we need the new chicken places ASAP! do better KFC this is not ok at all!!!
