Went to give a second chance on March 6th, 2024..What a mistake..Dont be fooled by 20 dollar family meal its only enough to feed one..Mac and cheese hard , old chicken corn old what a total mistake..Use to be my favorite but last two times were terrible..So why would I go back..KFC you went completely down hill..

The girl at the window hates her job. The fries were cold and rubbery, the biscuits were hard as a hockey puck, and the chicken was cold. The cole slaw was ok, though.The quality of the food and service were definitely not worth the cost.I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Something is always wrong or missing when I visit this location. It’s ridiculous. Once they didn’t have what I ordered AND ALREADY PAID FOR and still refused a refund. It’s insane.

I just received some very old chicken, I am disgusted I ever went to this location after going inside she said I could not get a refund or that it would take another 20 mins of wait time after waiting initially a few extra in the drive thru. Rosie Woodard and the managing staff should be ashamed of themselves for the food they’re giving out right now !!!!! Took 5 mins for someone to even address me at the counter lady was very rude as well. 8 piece chicken wings doesn’t take 20 mins to cook everyone knows that!!! I left the entire meal on the counter with the drink untouched. Waste of $13 I assure you I’ll never come back here again and will tell everyone about the incident, no wonder you have a no refund policy it makes perfect sense !!

horrible experience there today 10/20/23, chicken was old and half breaded returned to the location to see why could be done and she told me no refunds and that it would take 20 mins to remake my meal. I left every single Item I purchased untouched and told them to have a nice day !!! I would not suggest anyone eat here go to the one on the northend of town ! total waste of money and time no customer service accommodations were made at all i told her I was on lunch right after 20 mins wait time comes up and that's crazy in itself!!!!! hopefully I will be credited from corporate. I will never go here again i didn't even trust to drink the soda

The food is good but it is not fast foodI have been here over 10 times this yearAnd have never once not been told to pull up and they will bring me my foodAnd yes I have ordered multiple items to see if it was just the spicy chicken sandwich or the fries, but bowls, extra crispy, and chicken tendersAll had to wait at least 10 mins
