UPDATE: Vicki gave me a call and we got everything corrected. She figured out what went wrong. We will be giving them a second chance when we are back in town! Thanks Vicki!
I ordered a Steak Grinder and got a Cowboy Grinder. Ordered a Chef Salad and the lettuce was wrong and no meat! What the heck is going on?? Can they not read what ingredients go on stuff? With the prices I should get what I paid for! I spend $75 today! We live 45 minutes away, guess I should have checked everything 🙄 before we left. Not going there again!! Will drive to Lapeer, they always get it right!

Worst sub i have ever seen in 50 years of living, who cooks tuna fish after making it, this is my 1s time and last time I will ever visit a mancinos. That's what i get for trying something new. 1 star is to much

I am from Sarnia, and I almost religiously get a Mancino club every time I find myself visiting the USA. The portion is extremely generous and the fresh baked bread is amazing. The guys/gals behind the counter are always friendly. I was returning from a flight in Detroit and they even waited for about 20 mins after they closed for me to pick up my order on a Sunday! I tipped well because I had to have my Mancino's club 👊 (I bought 3). The atmosphere is dated but I don't really care it's a pizza joint. Mancino's is definitely a local treasure, an institution. If they made T-shirts I would buy one.

Our orders were to go orders. We take our orders home. It's quite a hike back. No refund is necessary.
Now that we're from out of the area, we have made the 45 to 90 minute drive for the past 12 years. I understand the cost increases but you can't have both higher prices and less quality. This past year, the quality has not been there. Today's Italian grinder had a thin layer of shaved ham, salami, cheese, maybe 6 mushrooms and 4 pieces of sausage. That's it! The previous order of Chicago Steak grinder had very little as well. I'm sad to see this. It's not worth the trip to pay $15 to $20'ish per grinder or pizza that is extremely less quality.
Primarily carryout. Food is usually good as it's a chain restraunt service is pretty spotty.

We tried to place an order at 5:45PM-5:50PM and were told they were closed and we could not order (we were sitting in the parking lot and watched several people walk out with orders as well as the open sign was still on). When I asked to talk to the manager, I was put on hold three times and each time a different employee asked me how they could help me but would not let me talk to anyone in management - all of a sudden they said they could take my order. Our order was one item and shouldn’t have taken longer than 10 minutes. We ended up not getting anything because I’m not trusting anyone to make my food when they clearly did not want to. This was Sunday June 1st
