Mancino's Pizza & Grinders

Tom was like speaking to a nation-wide manager or something. He and the staff were so professional and so extremely knowledgeable about all the food items I asked about because I didn’t see any photos and forgot what grinder I ordered last time. He was extremely patient as my family and our small children asked a million questions. He even helped us customize our order once we told him our preferences. In addition to that, he got our food out fast and it was absolutely delicious with 100% accuracy. I am glad we went and will definitely be returning soon! Thank you for making our day better , Tom and staff!

Usually it's very good. I was there Thursday. my pizza was awful. It must have been under a heating lamp for quit a while. This review was for The Jets pizza in Algonac. Not Mancinos!! I've always had excellent experience at Mancinos.

Great food. Walked in to order. Only took about 15 minutes. Ordered 3 different sandwiches. All were good!!!

Very upset with the way I was just treated by the “manager Tom” I called to explain that my husband had just picked up our order and that it wasn’t correct, he said “it looked correct to me when it came out” in a very ignorant way. I explained how I asked for light turkey on half of my club and add extra bacon, cheese, and mayo he again rudely said no you didn’t add bacon when I did, but okay fine. Moving on, he proceeded to mock me and talk down on me. So naturally I got upset and explained I would like to talk to the owner, we usually buy frequently from here but I’m unsure if I will be again I’m very disappointed and discussed on how I was just spoke to. I would like for the owner to call and I asked when she would be able to call me, he said “I don’t know, I don’t know her schedule and it’s not my problem either” I said could you look at the schedule and see when she would be in… yells she’s not on the schedule!! Ugh, this is so frustrating. All over food? Like was it worth it TOM?
