I haven't had this place in a bout 19 yrs because I moved to Seattle, I'm back for a visit and with a family now and we all loved it. We'll probably order again before we leave Tuesday

Ate here once before a while ago the chicken was good but a little bit on the expensive side. This time we just popped in for a drink service was good long Island was a bit on the sweet n sour mix side! Atmosphere was great as it is like an old school 50's diner very cool old photos and neon to boot

It's been awhile since I have been compelled to write a review, but this place is definitely worth one. The 2 slabs of tender meat loaf with the smoothest mash potatoes ever, topped off with the mushroom gravy was well worth my time and money. I couldn't eat it all without making myself needing help just to leave. Delicious is inadequate here. Oh, and I almost forgot, the chicken noodle soup! (chef's kiss) And what a cool place. Well done to my server, the chef and everyone involved. If you have a chance to stop and eat there, this place is definitely worth it. Thank you everyone at Palms Krystal Bar and Grill. I hope to be back soon. 🙂

Husband & I were just starting our drive back home after being up north & stopped in the parking lot of Palms Krystal Bar & Restaurant just a few minutes before they opened at noon. Several cars of customers were already waiting for them to open so curiously I googled them & I read all these amazing reviews about the chicken, so we went in & wow we were not disappointed!
Easily this was the best fried chicken we've ever ate! Forget places like Frankenmuth... the Palms Krystal has the best chicken, the best food, great service & atmosphere! 10 out of 10 stars!
Look no further for the best fried chicken u will ever eat!
We can't wait to make our next trip up north but we're already talking about just maybe having a road trip for their chicken one day!

The salads are great. Very fresh. The grilled chicken on the salads is phenomenal. The French fries are clearly homemade, they are shoestring and amazing. The chicken and coleslaw was excellent too! I cant wait to go back!

THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN I EVER ATE! I crave this stuff and drive from the Flint area to eat it! Everything is delicious and those homemade skinny fries are the best too! I miss it in the winter, love the back door takeout for picnics on Lake Huron! Lakeport has a nice spot!
