Called and ordered pizza, bread, and pop. Got there and they told us they gave someone else our pizza. So they made us wait an additional 15 minutes so they could remake the pizza we ordered. Seriously how can you not even get one order right?? Don't recommend this place....

Worst service I've had in a long time, I ordered 2 pizzas and 2liter didn't even get the drink. (Edit) they made amends and brought my drink back, the foods good although the service could be better

Pizza hut is my favorite pizza place ever sense I was a kid, it was always a treat for me, the only reason it's 4 stars right now is they are a little pricey compared to the cheaper pizza places if your on a budget, think 5 dollar ready hots from the "little" guys, and although it was good tasting, the new cheese it pizza promotion was smaller then I expected and didn't have the crispiness I assumed it would have being based on a cracker. But besides that, usually everything I've had from there I've loved, and I just found out they brought back the pizones, which makes me look forward toy next visit... On a side note, for the people who remember the book it club as a kid, they have brought that back so now my kids can earn personal pans for reading, which really does motivate little minds.

Price was ok, employees had no idea on how to ring up a coupon they had posted in their window. Pizza was slightly undercooked. Some suggestions I have for their employees is, dont touch your face, handle money, scratch your hair and go back to making food!! Yikes!! Health hazard!! Place used to be better. Sad owners let this behavior go on and let their businesses go down hill.

My husband, my daughter and myself visited Port Huron Pizza Hut last week. We were met by our waitress who had dirty fingernails, dirty clothing, and her appearance overall was just plain disgusting. We decided to leave. We decided to give it another try about 15 minutes ago for my nieces birthday. We walked in. Not a single person in sight. Really? My daughter and I went there Saturday night around 9 and there wasn't a single light in the parking lot or on the building. I thought they were closed. There was one vehicle in the lot; a black Tahoe parked next to the door with the lights off, doors open, system blasting. How inviting! I won't go there after dark again.

I can see why all the pizza huts are closing! Restaurant is cold, slightly dirty, salad bar is not appetizing and very expensive. No selection. Pizza is good.
