Been coming here for over 15 years but it has definitely gone downhill. One table was seated when we walked in and 2 staff were sitting at the bar. No one greeted us so we assumed we were to seat ourselves. The first 3 tables we tried to sit at were visibly dirty. Several staff walked past us in the next 10 minutes but no one acknowledged us. We were getting ready to walk out when the waitress finally approached and asked if she had given us enough time. No greeting, hello, how are you or anything and she looked miserable. Food was mediocre at best. I used to love their food but everything tasted like it was shipped from GFS. When we got out bill everything was higher than the posted menu prices which is false advertising. I know from past experiences the owner used to engage with the customers and take pride in his business but he didn't look like he wanted to be there either. He never comments on any of the reviews, good or bad of his valued customers. I'm sad to say that I won't be back.

took a friend from out of town this weekend, we had a lot of fun and she kept saying how much she loved the raven and can’t wait to go back ! matter of fact she wrote me this morning saying she wants the raven coffee !!! we had great service and really enjoyed our time their :)

One my favorite spots thanks for my boyfriend getting me hooked the owners are so nice and very friendly the people there are to die for and the waiters we normally get is a top notch out this world the greatest and hard working workers and a well dersve tips.please tip your waiters and be kind

We loved the food. The atmosphere/decor is amazing. Great prices. Great service. I was a bit turned off by the swarm of gnats/fruit flies above our table and I would feel better if the servers wore their hair up. Long hair around plates of food is a complete turn-off.

Went in here twice over the weekend and was able to quickly find seating for my husband and I. We were passed by servers continuously without any sort of acknowledgement the first time- chalked it up to busy and left. Tried again and just walked out. At least 3 staff walked by us without a single hello to be right with you. That takes what, 5 seconds to do? Won’t be back on our next time through. Cool building and decor though.

I haven't been to the Raven in a few years, whenever we went to Port Huron this was our stop. Not anymore. The whole atmosphere has changed. They took away nice wooden chairs and replaced them with uncomfortable metal preschool chairs. My God, really!!! The food was average, We both had sandwiches and every potato chip was broken, it was like someone poured crumbs on the plate.The jerk chicken wrap was tasteless no spice at all. I gave this place a 5 star rating years ago. It's a shame what is has become.
Such a cool little coffee nook! Our drinks and food were fantastic and the service was just as wonderful! We will be back!

Although it was busy with about 24 people upstairs, our server Grace was able to keep both her cool and her kindness! She was able to serve everyone efficiently, even while there were kids crying and in the way. Will come again!
