Smoke On the Water BBQ & Catering

Excellent bbq. We got the whole slab of ribs, onion rings, mac and cheese, chicken, pulled pork and brisket. The ribs and brisket were the best. Very good table side bbq sauces. Corn bread is delicious and sweet. Quick service. Hot food. Scrumptious. Great sized portions. American food at its best. The chicken was dry but the waitress said its mostly tender. Sometimes at the end of the day, it's dry.

Came here because I was attending the sand festival.
The restaurant was highly rated but I was disappointed.
First of all, the drinks came out HOT and flat, even with ice in them. The meats and chips are HEAVILY salted. Meats were not moist or tender.
Macaroni had no flavor. Fries were good but heavily salted.

The waiter was friendly but very slow and they were not busy.

Smoke on the Water recently catered our family gathering of approximately 25 people. We served brisket and pulled chicken sliders, along with mac & cheese, baked beans, and coleslaw. We also purchased a bottle of each of their three featured barbecue sauces. Our family raved about the food! And there were plenty of leftovers that everyone was able to go home with a carry out bag.
Our experience with Smoke on the Water was very positive; from communicating with the caterer, to delivery and set-up, to the fabulous food! We would definitely recommend Smoke on the Water for your next catered event.

Self seat sign was displayed on a Thursday. Two waitress, one was also bartending. Busing there own tables.
Ordered 1/2 rack dinner with beans, and sweet potato fries. 1/2 # brisket,and 1/2# pulled pork. Daughter had steak salad. Granddaughter had 1/4 rib dinner.
The bad, all meats were smoked with same wood. Ribs were so tough sent them back to be cut. Brisket was dry.
Granddaughters ribs were good, but fries came out cold.
Not sure if it was an off night or what. Beans were good, so were sweet potatoes fries. Forty five minutes to be served.

Hands down, the best BBQ on the Thumb Coast. We split the BBQ Platter with generous portions of pulled chicken, pulled pork’s, ribs and brisket with a side of beans and onion rings. EVERYTHING was great but we couldn’t finish it all.

While on vacation with my family we went here twice to eat because the food and service was so good. The waitresses are super attentive and friendly and the food was so amazing they give u twice the size of your meal and the food is absolutely tasty and the wait for the food was super fast. Now it will be a place I go to eat everytime I travel to Port Huron!💞

Hubby and I came 2hrs looking for fish. They were all out of Ocean Perch. 😭😔
