Today on 12-29-25 at 550pm I stopped in to get a wrap. They only had one girl working but wow was she holding down the fort!!! Doing an amazing job considering she was the only one working. Very kind as well, she deserves a raise at the very least. Will update when I get her name of she's there next time I go. Hopefully corporate sees this and makes something happen for her

Way to scam people!! I ordered a sandwich for my husband for dinner as i was in the hospital with my daughter for four days just for my husband to try and pick his food up and no one is there and the store is not refunding the money they kept my money! They refuse to answer phones, refund the money. The fact no one was in the store how was my husband sandwich made if no one was there??REFUND MY MONEY! Almost $20 worth of food and never got it!!

Ordered on subway.com and had delivered a sub that did not have the correct sauce and had the wrong cookies and missing a pop. Called the store was told I can not get my money back because I went through door dash. I ordered on the website of subway in Port Huron on 24yh Street. The manager was very rude told me I needed to go through door dash. I did not use door dash app to order my food. Called door dash customer service they said I needed to go through subway which I did. I recommend not going to the 24th St subway unless u want shitty food and a rude manager. I'm glad I work my butt off to lose my money to a shitty store

Just ordered from this crap hole hardly any meat, didn't get the vegetables I ordered on my sub. Bunch of slow people working there. Don't waste your time or money. Go to the subway on pine Grove. Much better in every way.

They don’t use gloves, their bathrooms are completely disgusting, I found a brownish hair in my sub( so they obviously don’t use hair nets) and the manager has terrible manners do not recommend would put 0 stars if available!

Employee's feels the need to yell at my child for touching there door bell as my husband was already addressing the issue. Then proceeds to tell me that because it there property that they can. My child is 1 years old. And doesn't know better . Employee's are ignorant and rude. When asked about bread I stated my bread and my husband started his at the same time witch the sandwich maker got loud and rude with my husband as well. They need to fire the staff currently there and hire ones that are trained in customer service.
