I went to the drive to around today's date is April 3rd I went to the drive-thru on 24th Street and the guy grabbed my credit card to take pay for my order and snatched it out of my hand that is very ignorant for him to and then he pushes my food in my hand it had a rotten attitude and I drove back around and told the manager the manager speak to him this is not the way you treat your customers at a fast food restaurant specialty Taco Bell on 10th Street and my food was cold just like to share this about the Taco Bell store on 10th Street . A young kid in there was very ignorant when I went through the drive-thru 💯👎

Food was cold waited 25 minutes for my food. They were taking orders from speaker and window so long wait. If they were going to take orders from windows they shouldn’t make those who ordered their food the right way at the speaker until they reach the window(s) that way their food would be warm. I sat in their parking lot and called them 6 times and no answer not even from manager.

I'd rate this at zero stars if possible, this is quite possibly the slowest store I've been to and they constantly mess up orders. Don't even bother going back to retrieve your missing items, you'll be waiting 45+ minutes for a couple tacos. What a joke.

Cheesy roll ups were cold and not toasted, cheese on it was just shredded asked for tomatoes on it, there was 2 small ones, 5 layer burrito was cold, cheese was not melted. Cinnabon balls were cold, hard and smashed in the bag. There appeared to be a full staff, no excuse. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

Tacos were in five pieces and shattered
First issue i ran into is the order kiosk wasnt working properly. Next was the ice dispenser being broken and the final thing is. For some reason even though i ordered and said dine in. My order is always put in a to go bag. Its really frustrating due to the fact that there are not very many places to eat at in port huron. I cannot cook at home. So i rely solely on restaurants. Plz retrain or whatever it is you have to do. Because the employees are not doing their job properly and have a really poor customer service ethic.
Update: went earlier in the day to see if there was a difference. Not at all. Ordered and paid for 2 taco Supremes that i never received. Instead 2 regular tacos.
Update. Taco bell strikes again. Didnt receive a burrito i ordered.

Extremely slow. I waited literally 35 minutes in the drive through line before I finally got my food. Hire more people or shut this dump down. Bunch of idiots "working" here. Also, for pothead customers reading this: know what you want BEFORE you get to the drive through speaker. It shouldn't take 5 minutes to place your order.

It is disappointing that on 5 separate occasions we ordered 2 or more chili cheese burritos only to get a tortilla with a butter like spread of chilli and a little cheese so all you taste is dry tortilla. I paid for chilli cheese burritos not tortillas. I'm a regular customer and not happy to be charged for chilli and cheese but get so little it can't be tasted.

I order the same breakfast any time I go here and normally it is made correctly. This was completely wrong. As you can see from the receipt I ordered my Crunchwrap No Egg, No Jalapeno Sauce with steak and bacon. I got a regular steak Crunchwrap with egg and jalapeno sauce and no bacon. Yes I pay extra for the substitutions. I have dietary restrictions which is why I order it this way. Very disappointed do better

I don’t ever complain but worst Taco Bell in st Clair county . It never fails. My order is so simple & I have to keep asking for a side of sour cream or even on top of my food & every time I’m charged and don’t get it. Or something else is mixed up & I have to turn around or get someone’s attention.
Service is great for a select few but other times no greet, no have a good day & have attitude when you need an order fixed that they mess up.
Use to workin a Taco Bell & been doing costumer/restaurant service for 15 years.. I understand mistakes happen but god damn get it together ppl

That's it. That's the last time I order from here. They mess up my order Everytime. I can deal with the wait(which is usually extreme), but they can't get my order right to save their life. The manager lady is terrible, and I'm pretty sure they mess up orders on purpose just to get the line moving and hope people don't come back for their missed items. They suck and the whole place needs an overhaul.
