I find it very upsetting that the hours on the website say until 10:00 p.m. for both lobby and drive-thru, yeah as soon as I sit down to do something on my phone and hadn't even touched my food yet at about 5:50, someone walks up to me and says the lobbies closing at 6:00. If someone sits down to eat, and the restaurant doesn't even close until 10:00 p.m., I find it rude and unnecessary to make somebody feel unwelcomed. I recommend fixing the hours online.

Tim Hortons has a really good chai latte drink comes with the tea bags and everything it is so good and tastes just like chai tea so I came in this morning to get my Thai tea and the lady was being really confusing first of all like I just asked if I came in an extra large and she's like well I can have this extra this extra no no no no I was just asking if it came in the bigger size that's all and then she doesn't even tell me that the tri-tel latte is no longer chai tea it's just a freaking latte with a shot of flavoring it's disgusting and super sugary and it does not taste like tea at all they should take this off the menu if they're not going to make it out of chai tea thanks before work tea ruined

Everytime I go here I get carbonated water instead of sprite I never say anything because it’s not that big of a deal but today in particular the gentleman at the intercom and window was letting his clear annoyance show through to me, I did not cause it I get it your mad but I didn’t do it. Then I called 4 times after I left to just let them know they’re sprite is not right and not one of the 4-5 people in there could answer? There was NO customers at all. I’m done going to this one i would rather drive across town.

Used to go here, had to stop. Used to pick up breakfast in the morning but I noticed the eggs tasted old. I went in only to find out the inside is really filthy. Like browning cutting boards, encrusted counters, old containers, never washed donut display case filthy. Never again.

Gale was wonderful and washed a table for us. Unfortunately Patience (assuming she's the manager), scolded her in front of all the customers telling her the tables could wait. Every table was dirty, I offered to wash them. I feel bad for Ms. Gale. She was providing good customer service and was berated for it.
