Gale was wonderful and washed a table for us. Unfortunately Patience (assuming she's the manager), scolded her in front of all the customers telling her the tables could wait. Every table was dirty, I offered to wash them. I feel bad for Ms. Gale. She was providing good customer service and was berated for it.

The same woman is working there that I watched 3 years ago dip the donut in chocolate sauce with bare hands, then scrap her fingers on edge of chocolate sauce can to get chocolate off her fingers. I visited inside in 2024, still dirty, inside donut case hasn't been cleaned and floors look bad. I know they work hard, and show up early, but cleaning and disinfecting is a huge part of serving coffee and donuts. Timmy's has the best apple fritters in the world, that's why it's so sad.

Their donuts and coffee are very good. I particularly prefer simple coffee, and they don't disappoint with their mocha iced coffee here. Great for a warm summer morning where a hot coffee doesn't seem desirable. Their donuts are also especially good, especially if you arrive early in the morning when the fresh batch is just put out. So warm and delicious and melts in the mouth if you can snag them soon after they are made. Service is nice and the interior has a nice cozy vibe to it, though I usually just get take out. When not using the drive thru, I can just leave through the back, into the parking lot of the large place behind it, and then hop onto Howard and use the light instead which is much more preferable.Parking: Parking isn't too hard to find and getting in and out is definitely easier than the one on Pine Grove if coming down 24th from Lapeer. I rarely use the drive thru at either because there isn't a way to turn back into the parking lot to go out the back, you must make a turn onto 24th here just like you must make a turn onto Pine Grove at the other. I much prefer to avoid turning out of restaurants into heavy traffic and exit onto a less busy road to get onto the busier one at a traffic light where it is easier. That just isn't possible here.

The coffee can be hit or miss depending on who makes it, as they're rather inconsistent. The bagels are always good, and a few of their lunch options. I definitely recommend the steak and cheddar panini!

The food and coffee were good. The gentleman who served the food was nice. The rating is low due to the cashier. We really felt like we were bothering her by ordering. I'm not even sure she spoke to us. If she did, she was so quiet behind her mask that we heard nothing. It was just uncomfortable.

Just placed an order at the drive thru window for two drinks. The service was quick and friendly. The drinks were really good and the order was correct. Would definitely visit this location again.

My review is solely based on Saturday November 11th 2023 and has nothing to do with the great staff at this location. As Tim Hortons is Canadian owned, all locations across Canada honor Veterans Day by offering a free coffee of any size on November 11th. However this location in America did not offer that nor did the employees know anything about it. As a veteran who spends over $800 dollars a year at this particular location I find it very offensive that the owner does not honor the values of Tim Hortons in giving back to veterans on one day of the year. A free coffee isn’t a big deal at all. It’s the fact that the owner owns several Tim Hortons across Michigan and can’t give back something on one day for some who have sacrificed everything.

Food's good the people who work there need an attitude adjustment or find a job where they're not serving

Please stop hiring people who don't drink coffee when you tell them. I like sweet coffee, not bitter. And they don't understand the concept because they don't drink coffee. Hire people that drink coffee, so they understand.
