Went in this morning to get breakfast and the cashier had gloves on touching the register and went back to making my food with the same gloves on. Pretty gross and a huge food safety issue. My Boston cream donut was just thrown in the bag. Chocolate was everywhere. Needless to say I wont be eating my breakfast this morning.

I'd put 0 stars if I could. I have a problem to the manager an supervisor who ever runs mornings are just bloody terrible. I get that it's morning an no one wants to be there but seriously the attitude and disrespect I get in there in the Morning is bad. I'll give them a simple order an yet somehow they screw it up. That being said, Who ever runs the afternoons shift is just awesome. Listens very well. Repeats my order to me to a tee, I'll bring my dog with me at drive-thru, get a lil doggy cup for her. Idk who runs it, I think her name was Sammie or Sam W.e. her name is, she was just completely awesome, she really Goes out of the way to make sure that my order was correct, I'd definitely would go in the afternoons for my coffee instead of mornings

Way better than the Tims you find in GTA. Muffins and coffee were fresh. Sadly Tims across GTA, esp the one in Financial Drive Mississauga which i frequent is pure garbage. Surprising none cares in the lowered standards of Tims in GTA

Jade is the best! I always know whenshe is there because the whole experience is so positive & cheerful. When I go & Jade isn't there i instantly know, the crew is miserable !

Was met with extremely rude staff when asking about a pup cup. In addition to that, when mentioning a coupon at the window was met with flagrant rudeness. An audible sigh of disdain could be heard and person in the window rolled their eyes. Coffee is alright but donut was stuffed into the bag and the icing came off when I tried to get it out and eat it. Will NOT be coming back.

Placed an online order for the wrong location and IMMEDIATELY called to cancel it. They gave me the run around, said they couldn’t do it and that I needed to do it through the app (which I had already tried). Went through the app - there is no cancellation option btw - submitted a support request. Finally heard back (a full week later) and the online support stated that I would need to contact the restaurant for a refund, as they cannot do it through the app 😖 Even though I specifically told them I had already tried calling the store. It’s ridiculous that there isn’t just a button to cancel. At the very least, the order should fall off eventually and send a refund. I’ll be reporting this to my bank so they should get hit with some great fees too.
I really wish they respected holding times for the chicken, I don't like 4 hour old food. It's like eating rocks on bread, coffee is great though 😋

Every single Tim Hortons employee I've ever asked a question about the app says "I don't really know the app". It would be a high recommendation, as a loyal customer who is now losing interest in coming altogether, to train your employees on how the app works. I've lost entirely way too much money to this app that I do not have. Money off offers not going through, the app automatically donating to Tim's camps, (when I haven't donated to a charitable campaign since I discovered almost 10 years ago that corporations use these as tax write-offs), etc. Employees are usually very nice (this location is hit or miss) but ultimately unable to help prevent me from having my money wasted.

This was awful. I went here over a month ago and requested follow up customer support.
First off they put cream in the cold brew even though it was specifically asked no cream for dietary reasons. When they remade it, the cold brew actually tasted like it’s been there for a week.
Additionally, i ordered just a black coffee. It was by far the nastiest coffee in my life, virtually undrinkable.
It’s sad that I was never followed up by customer service on this issue

I order the same thing everytime I go, Carmel cream cold brew with cold foam. This is the second time I’ve had to drive up there and ask them to fix it. It Tasted absolutely Horrible ROTTEN. The service sucks and they don’t know how to make coffee right. Will be going to 24th from now on everytime.
