Pathetic Service, where latte dreams go to die.

I’ve been a regular here for months, but today was the final straw. I ordered my usual oat milk latte with extra foam, and not only was it lukewarm, but when I politely asked the staff to top it off, the person behind the counter gave me a look that felt like a personal insult. I overheard two employees in the back loudly complaining about 'annoying customers' while my drink sat on the counter for five minutes. I didn’t catch names, but one had a very distinct piercing. It’s clear the management has completely lost control of the culture here. I’ll be taking my business to the Dunkin down the street where they actually respect people’s time and money. Do better.

Customer service here is absolutely mind blowing….we asked a question about a promotion employee responded with “not trying to be funny but I don’t anything about that app” then we ordered and after getting our coffee i knew it was wrong because of how dark it was and wanted to try it so the employee said not trying to be mean but we are on a time limit….so we had to drive into traffic just to turn around come in and ask for our coffee to be made correctly….ugh I don’t understand Tim’s has the BEST coffee but no matter what I can’t get consistency one day it’s amazing and one day it’s absolutely horrible and I order the same thing every time. I need a new coffee spot

Stopped in to meet with my nephew and use their Wi-Fi to help him with his unemployment. I had a caramel iced coffee with whip and a muffin. The staff was super friendly.

I usually go to a different Tim Hortons, but forgot to go there. So I just stopped at this one, since it was on my way. It was a little after 5am. I got a coffee and was informed they couldn't do any breakfast food, only bakery items. Which is strange as the app definitely says the breakfast foods are available, and the other location has never told me this. I just got my coffee and got breakfast from Dunkin, honestly probably should've just got my coffee from there as well.

I came through this morning and had a horrible experience. The morning employees have a bad attitude over the littlest inconveniences. I placed a pickup order and couldn’t figure out how to enter a holiday (peppermint) flavor shot in my cappuccino through the app. I explained that at the drive through and I was passive aggressively told that I could in fact do it on the app and that next time they would charge me. To which I wouldn’t have minded whatsoever. So when I pulled around to the window, I politely asked if someone could quickly show me on the app where it was that I need to go to add what I needed. I was rudely told by three different employees practically yelling out the window that none of them use the app and that they have a timer on them therefore I need to get out of the drive though because they “didn’t have time”. I asked a simple question and was bombarded with multiple different employees all at the same time very rudely. I then got home to realize they didn’t even put the peppermint in the cappuccino 🙃. I completely understand that there’s a business to run, but what happened to integrity and being a nice person? This will be the last time I come to this location.

I usually enjoy Tim Hortons, but lately this location has been disappointing. I ordered a medium hot chocolate and received a coffee instead; not the first time my order has been messed up here. I submitted a ticket on their website, and after 5 days of emailing back and forth repeating the same information I had already provided, all I was told was that my concerns were “forwarded to the restaurant owner.”

All I wanted was a refund or credit for the hot chocolate I didn’t receive, but the process has been much more difficult than it should be. Hoping this location improves accuracy and customer service.

Who ever is working this morning can't make a coffee. Asked for triple triple and it was tart when it should have been sweet. Went back and she tryed again and this time it was tart and milky not sweet. I threw away both my coffees before even leaving the driveway. It'll be a long time before I go back.

Showed up at 5 :23am this morning and no one answered me or the person ahead of me and they appeared to be closed. Hours are posted on here that they are open 4 30am. I normally dont complain but I feel this location needs to do better. I do get good service most the time, however they consistently have to reask me what my order is at the window in the afternoon. There has also been a incident in the past during the afternoon where they forgot to hand me my card back and then charged the next order with it. Yes I did get a refund but the employee that did it never apologized and looked confused and the managers apology didnt seem sincere.
