Every single Tim Hortons employee I've ever asked a question about the app says "I don't really know the app". It would be a high recommendation, as a loyal customer who is now losing interest in coming altogether, to train your employees on how the app works. I've lost entirely way too much money to this app that I do not have. Money off offers not going through, the app automatically donating to Tim's camps, (when I haven't donated to a charitable campaign since I discovered almost 10 years ago that corporations use these as tax write-offs), etc. Employees are usually very nice (this location is hit or miss) but ultimately unable to help prevent me from having my money wasted.

This was awful. I went here over a month ago and requested follow up customer support.
First off they put cream in the cold brew even though it was specifically asked no cream for dietary reasons. When they remade it, the cold brew actually tasted like it’s been there for a week.

Additionally, i ordered just a black coffee. It was by far the nastiest coffee in my life, virtually undrinkable.

It’s sad that I was never followed up by customer service on this issue

I order the same thing everytime I go, Carmel cream cold brew with cold foam. This is the second time I’ve had to drive up there and ask them to fix it. It Tasted absolutely Horrible ROTTEN. The service sucks and they don’t know how to make coffee right. Will be going to 24th from now on everytime.

Ordered a sandwich with Swiss, told me they were out of Swiss cheese and gave me a sandwich that had been sitting on the counter so long that all of the sauce in said sandwich turned the bread into mush. I still cannot get the taste out of my mouth nor can I bring myself to try this chain ever again. You have ruined dining in this town for me and chipotle sauce will haunt me for the rest of my life.

I usually give 5 stars easily.

I usually visit this Tim Hortons in Port Huron very often, and one of the highlights of my visit is the friendly staff who always offer a small pup cup or dog treat for my dog when i ask. It’s a simple but thoughtful gesture that makes my day while I enjoy my coffee. I am new to Tim horton and thought pup cup is a thing like other franchises.

However, today was a disappointing experience. A young girl staff member told me that Tim Hortons doesn’t give out pup cups and that they’re not supposed to. I completely understand if that’s the policy, but what bothered me was her attitude—no courtesy, no friendly explanation, and not even a simple “thank you” in response when I said, “no worries.”

Great customer service is about how you communicate, not just what you say. She could have kindly informed me of the policy while still maintaining a welcoming attitude. Instead, her dismissiveness made me feel uncomfortable, and I won’t feel at ease ordering when she’s there.

That said, the coffee is good, and all the other staff members have always been professional and friendly. I just hope this location maintains the great service I’ve come to appreciate.

I have stopped at this location a lot in the past. However, after going inside today and seeing the condition of the restroom I am not sure I will be back. The toilet had not been cleaned in I would say weeks. There was a nasty yellow ring around the bowl so it obviously isn't being cleaned. There was urine and god knows what else on the seat and side of toilet. Mirror looks like someone took a soaking wet dirty rag and wiped it. No paper towel in the dispenser but a roll sitting on the counter that was wet from people touching it. My boyfriend said the men's room was just as bad. If you dont keep the public areas clean I have no faith that you keep the work area clean either. I felt like I was in a porta-potty not a restaurant bathroom.

I went though the drive through got 2 teas and they were both wrong noticed when i got back to where i was staying ordered a black tea it had cream in it and the other i asked for one bag on the side and it had both in it and wasnt even stired

Who owns this place? Either they are always out of something, try to short me on the meal, or tonight, grab my money and shove change back at me like they're pissed off. Both workers were not friendly in the least. Same story at the TH in Fort Gratiot where they have tried to charge me almost double on a meal. The only reason I gave this place another chance is because I encountered one of their employees giving food to a homeless woman camped out behind the gas station nearby a few months ago. Some good people but very poorly managed.

Employee at drive thru automatically assumed I didn't want my change back. My total for my bagel was $3.17. I gave her $10.20. She handed me back $7.00. Granted, it was only 3 cents, but it was MY money, not hers and not the restaurants money. It's the principle and she has no right to keep people's change, even if it's a penny! I called the establishment twice to speak to the manager but nobody answers.
