Went to store get donuts. 2626 Pine Grove. Young lady was trying very hard to accommodate me, but the music by Ludicris was so loud we could hardly hear each other. No one bothered to get music turned down.Empty donut trays weren't cleaned up, floors needed sweeping, yet everyone yacking, with exception of person helping me, standing around.I won't be going back to that Tim Hortons. Going downhill fast.

Good service.I don't recommend asking for an ice water. They charge a dollar for a cup.

*Roaches!* The manager is so toxic and rude, she's always yelling at employees who are doing the best they can under abusive circumstances. I literally watched someone tip the staff $20 because of this when I picked up a to-go order. How can they possibly have a good mood to greet customers in these conditions?? Almost all the reviews mentioning rude employees can likely be attributed to management decimating the team's morale. Truly, think about it. I'm passionate about food service and giving exceptional customer service (even when a boss is taking out their anger on me), and I would be wholly unable to smile in that scenario. Back end issues should never be THIS apparent to customers. It's not the responsibility of low-wage employees to cover for management and just do better at hiding it. People paid so poorly should be given a great boss and great opportunity to find gratitide in a good place to work. It's not the teams fault whatsoever for being depressed in such a situation and just trying to get through the day with less yelling. That lady is not managing, that's going on a tirade; throwing an immature tantrum in the place of actual interpersonal skills and problem-solving. Made me stop coming in because I've heard that the turnover rate stays high because the owners have refused to fire her for YEARS. She needs to grow up, and the owner needs to summon the courage to finally replace her. Whatever you're paying management, it's too much for her to act like this.Dietary restrictions: They have oat, soy, coconut, and almond milk. Dairy free options are great, but doesn't matter if they can't get the order right. Nothing makes up for awful management.

We got 2 medium drinks, one hot , one cold. My hot drink was only half full which I noticed before leaving window. Asked to get it fully filled. Guy said he would top it off, returns the drink still half full. Didn't send it back again for fear of contamination concerns. My hot coffee was also half as tall as the cold coffee . And it was $14 and change for the drinks. Took pics of the drinks at drive thru for proof of all of this. Will NEVER GO to this business again. Manager was also involved in the refill scenario, not helpful. Our cold coffee wasn't fully filled,3 inches low.

The older woman had to come to the window today...to tell me off.The woman that took my order made an error said she would fix it at the window; told me to pull up. They got the order completely wrong and I got attitude! The young woman actually walked away from the window.I ordered 2 sandwiches. They only made me one.I ordered coffee. They didn't have the coffee. You have kids running the windows- TEACH THEM HOW TO SMILE AND GREET PEOPLE NICELY!I taught special education for 40 years. If you need somebody to come in and teach these kids, I'll do it, I swear.Take my deets and give me a call. You've got to fix this. It used to be when you pulled up to a drive through, there were happy teenagers at the window, having fun while working! This is not a happy world right now, but you have to get them to show people that there's some Hope, at least before we get our caffeine.

First real cup of Tim Hortons coffee in almost 20 years since I moved to Florida when I was 12. It is definitely like I remember it. The people were also very friendly and working hard!
