I will start by saying the food is fine. The bacon is very nice, especially. The diner is clean, if not aesthetically interesting. The service, and I hope it was just a bad day for someone, was not in good form. A couple of other tables had waited an inordinately long time for simple breakfasts and they were understandably disappointed. Instead of apologizing, the waitress was dismissive and then positively rude to one woman, making everyone within earshot uncomfortable. And THEN she went toward the kitchen and loudly discussed the woman with other staff. And THEN after the woman paid her bill, told the waitress she was very rude, and left, the waitress discussed the woman with other customers. This waitress was not very interested in being warm and friendly, but seemed like she didn't care to be doing her job today, and she did have a number of lapses in standard parts of her job. She failed to ask how I wanted my own eggs, for example, and when I specified after realizing she didn't ask, she seemed either confused or hassled. Normally, I love to leave generous tips and make someone's day when I can see it's been a rough one, but not in this case. It costs nothing to be kind, and it is poor form indeed for a server to be so rude and passive aggressive. It is a small diner. Every customer could hear her acting this way. Shame. If the woman had been abusive, I would advocate the waitress coolly standing up for herself, but this was not that.

Got 3 different meals and it wasn't fresh at all . Sorry, Mike. And overheard staff talking about the nacho plate using chips from the day before, maybe he won't notice. Jumbo had a hard flour shell. NEVER had that before, just how does a flour shell get too hard to even cut with a knife? The 3rd dish wasn't any better. Sorry but not returning to this particular location.

Dirty, the waitress sit in a booth talking about their personal issues. We felt like a burden just asking for silverware. We watch the waitresses, prepare sour cream without wearing gloves. It was completely disgusting. Had to wait over 20 minutes to get our check.

Fix the posted hours on the websites. Went last night at 5 PM and it was dark and locked. Went there about a month ago on a Saturday for lunch, and they had the door locked at 2 PM, before we left. Good food when they're open.
I don't know why they raised the price of coffee seems like they limit you to 3 cups now I'm going to go across the street to the gas station with my 54 oz cup and pay the same price don't make any sense you want to bring people in that's not how you do
