Tropical Smoothie Cafe Port Huron

Easy to read and understand menu. I made a quick decision for the island green. Delicious. Super clean place. Even the bathroom was tidy. Everyone working there seemed to be pretty dang happy. At first I thought it was just one person happy to serve but everyone employee I interacted with had the same happy to be there attitude. Don’t sleep on tropical smoothie.

I have been to this location many times as I work nearby. When I come through the door, the employees are in the back prepping (I think). However, there is a bell and it should not take 10 minutes for someone to come out and get waited on. Normally, I get waited on because a car has come through the drive through and the employees come out to start that persons order.

It seems to happen at other times of day, not just the morning.

I should add that the mobile orders I have ordered have been ready and are accurate.

It was too expensive and the smoothie I had was bland

Everyone that ordered food and smoothies all seemed to enjoy them. I dud not order anything today. The staff was wonderful. The woman's bathroom was out of order but, with having to use the men's room, it was kept pretty clean. The tables could use a better wipe down but all in all it was a good experience. Go try it out!

I have had great food and smoothies, always fresh! The staff is very friendly, and even recently I had an issue with an order that they went above and beyond to correct. Thank you, Tropical Team! 😊

The staff is so rude, I was ordering and the lady inside yelled I'm not talking to you. We'll why was your headset on? I'm very displeased. It happens everytime. Hire more mature people not 16 year old who don't care.

Get sick every time i go. Asked a few coworkers at my nursing home and they did also. We went in on our lunch and saw people using phones with gloves on then preparing food..wearinh gloves handling money and handling food. Sneezing and coughing right into the smoothie areawho builds a place with no way to go around the people in the drive-thru. People have places to be and your workers suck. All locations.

These folks are helpful and the food is healthful. I asked them to omit bananas and they offered to double up on strawberries! Thank you!
