The food and staff here are excellent. I can say all female employees I dealt with were very kind, courteous and accommodating. The food was delicious and well made. I dock points from atmosphere because I am not that big a fan of the same five 90s country songs played over and over and over. A great place to patronize and I nearly always felt welcome. Would eat here again if they would have me.

This is the worst most incompetent Wendy's I been to. Literally came through the drive through to use a coupon they acted like they couldn't do it. Went inside to use it literally waited 10 minutes for them to find a man a coupon and held up the line. Why tf would you not go to the side and allow other to keep ordering. On top of the the customer service was horrible. My nuggets were cold and my frost was made sloppy and melting. Yall should be a damn Shamed. Thts why you guys get compensated the way you deserve.

Placed a mobile order for a Dave’s double and a cheese fry. Came through between 9-9:30pm 12/13/24. I waited 15 minutes for two items with one or two other cars in line.

They gave me a baconator. And like ten fries,

Came back through the DT and told them. They didn’t even apologize for screwing up my order.

The guy told me “I do need that one back though”, and had me hand him the burger back through the window to throw it out. He did not wash his hands.

First of all, that’s a health code violation. I’m a ServSafe Certified manager at a local fast casual franchise and responsible for conducting weekly food safety audits in my store.

This kid would make you fail an audit.

Secondly, I had just left the urgent care for a viral upper respiratory illness. So not only did he he ask for a partially eaten item back through a drive through window, he also just exposed a few of your other employees to a contagious illness, and your customers.

I will not be returning here, and neither should anyone else.

Likely caught them on a bad day but the chicken was so bone dry in my chicken wrap I almost broke a tooth. Seriously. It hurt to chew it. The chicken was inedible. I didn't even let my dog eat it so she wouldn't hurt her teeth. And my husband's chicken in his sandwich was dry and slightly burnt. The fries were cold. And the wait was excessive. We called later and the person that answered said we can come back for a replacement meal which was nice. But we'll wait a day in hopes better food tomorrow.
UPDATE: NEXT DAY, manager hand made our food today and it was much better. But the restroom was disgusting. Upgraded the stars a bit to represent the managers efforts to make it right.

Parking: With parking on 3 of the 4 sides of the building you're sure to be able to find a good spot and most are close to a door.

We ordered our drinks and I waited almost 25 mins for my soup that came with my meal. Then we waited a total of45 mns to receive our food after ordering. Our waitress took forever on refills and would ask what we needed and then go get what a different table needed and forget all about us. I always use to love visiting this location when visiting from out of state but this time it was a let down.
