It has to be the owners, employees don't do things like this without being told to. Its insane they are still in business, PoHo must love some wendys.

They get off on making you wait. If you're hungry, be prepared to pull up and sit in the drive thru burning fuel while they take a smoke brake mid-order and refuse to answer the phone when I call to find out what’s taking them so long. Just caught 2 of their employees doing this, one blonde one brunette, elderly females, with their drive-thru headsets still on sitting right by the door. Watching me eat and laughing after making me wait 10 minutes for cold food (the chicken sandwich wasn't ready yet, I’m just so sure). I'm sure management could care less too, given it's all on surveillance camera. I imagine they're about as incompetent as the people they hired. Heck, one of them probably was the manager, and the owner is just hoping they lose their franchise. Stop rewarding sloppy, disrespectful service Port Huron. Never again.

Like 0 meat in the the chili, all beans, I love the Wendy's chili but not today seems like .05 % meat and 99.5 % beans, I hope this in not going to be made for now On.

Wendy’s have been my favorite fast food since for-ever till we tried the food at this location. 1. The chocolate frosty tasted more like frozen half-n-half than anything else since it was missing any chocolate flavor on it. 2. The fries were cold, soggy and tasted like a very old oil was used to cook them. 3. The worst was the Cinnabon we ordered . Cold, hard, and felt like it has been served for a while and left outside In the countertop uncovered and felt soooooo dry and bad that we ate 3 pieces and trashed them. After all we put everything back in the bag and inside the. Lowest trash can we found. Gave 1 star because is the lowest one we can assign.
