Great customer service, prime meats, cheeses and scratch made to go items coupled with a clean, inviting, outdoorsy interior make this a must visit landmark is south Portage - thank you Barrett family for this labor of love as we are lucky to have you in our community!

Great food. I love their smoked brisket. They have fresh meats and frozen meats too. Desserts, dinners and spices. You may stop just to look around but you’ll probably leave with something tasty.
We did Easter Ham from BARRETT'S....So good. The 1/2 # of Brisket for the Saturday before was perfect too.

I do love this place. However, I would appreciate it if when they increase their prices that they reflect that change on the items. These steaks are marked at 12.99 a pound, and the price I was charged was 14.99. It's whatever. It's not that much since I only bought 2. But it should be addressed.
