Asked for a child size bowl, i was served a waffle cone that i cant even eat. When mentioned, the server got a huge attitude and blamed me for not watching her serve the ice cream so I couldve stopped her.
Everytime we come here they get someones order wrong And the ice cream is just the same as you can get anywhere else 0/10

The girl working was very polite and professional but if a negative review could be given, they would recieve one. My man & I wanted a sweet treat & wanted to try something new. We stopped in at Bella Creamery for the first time today. He ordered a plain waffle cone with butter pecan & peanut butter. Before ordering mine I tried his butter pecan & at that point decided a junior/senior bowl would be plenty as his ice cream tasted awful 😖 I ordered the cheesecake flavor. Our order was $12.80 with tip. I had 3 bites of my ice cream b4 we walked out where he then had me taste the peanut butter flavor. While I tried it the cone busted into several pieces. At that point we were both so disappointed with not only the texture but also the flavors that we walked straight to their parking lot dumpster & tossed them in the trash. I would not recommend anyone go here.

Out of the way, but not out of my mind. I want to explore other locations in town but I keep coming back here. The value of the ice cream and the flavor is unmatched.
