I’ve given them 2 chances in the last month. Can’t get an order right. When you call it’s ohh you have to tell Uber eats and figure it out with them. They hold no responsibility. This use to be one of my favorite places but I can’t keep spending money for orders that aren’t right.

We discovered the Big Apple in Holland, looking for an Einsteins bagle. We still love Einsteins, but Big Apple is super great. Told my wife I love Big Apple. I had an asiago and egg sandwich. My compliments to the chefs, I loved it with my hot coffee..TY

This is a great place to go and get a good breakfast or lunch sandwich. Bagels are good. They usually have a great assortment of bagels. It is fast and they have friendly service. I like their coffee better than Starbucks.

I was already a fan of Big Apple. Turkey club on everything bagel always hits the spot. After today I'm a customer of this location for life! My breakfast was accidentally left out upon delivery today and the owner/employees did everything and then some to make sure I got my food. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of everyone involved today!

I love coming here, the atmosphere is soo welcoming. The staff are amazing, so friendly and hard workers. The coffee and food is also so good. Lattes are 10/10, bagels 15/10. And the prices are the best too, I can get my latte with alternative milk, a bagel with butter for about $9. AND they are one of the few coffee/bagel shops that actually put the butter on the bagel when you order it. Big shout out to this place, you guys are the best!!
