Always takes at least 15 min to get through drive through. It doesn’t matter the time of day or the busyness. Almost seems like they’re just standing around in the back or have an extreme staffing issue. Never a great way to start my day.

Slowest Biggby ever. Was the third car in line and sat in the drive through for a half hour. Drinks are fine but only stop at this location if you aren't in a rush.

Truly the slowest biggby I have ever had the pleasure of ordering from. Drinks are okay but espresso tastes like they don’t clean their machine thoroughly. I only ever pick up a drink here if I’m out of coffee at home and have to reserve at least 20-25 min on a weekday morning to be in the drive thru. It’s in front of my apartment and there’s not a closer starbies so I’m stuck with you!

Came here to grab coffee and breakfast. Drive thru line was long, so I went inside. There were 3 people working (from what I could see), and all 3 of them were on top of it. Drive thru line was constantly moving, they were polite and took my order inside quickly. Friendly, fast service. 10/10 would recommend this Biggby. I ordered a 24oz Mocha Mocha (?) and a sausage egg and cheese bragel on an everything bagel.

This really is the slowest biggby around, if you’re going drive through count on a 25 minute minimum. If you ever get a bagel from biggby- others will wrap it up in foil so it retains heat and doesn’t get crumbs everywhere. This Biggby throws it in the bag without the foil on top of a crumpled napkin (like it was trash). So there’s crumbs all over the napkin you attempt to use.

Stood at the online order pickup counter for nearly 10 minutes without being assisted. When I finally asked for the order that I saw ready, sitting behind the counter, I was met with what can only be described as a bratty, sassy attitude from a grown "man" telling me that it's my fault that none of the 5 employees behind the counter completely ignored me for the 10 minutes I was standing there. I was the only person at the pickup counter. Multiple employees saw me and chose not to provide me assistance. I guess I should have gone to the front of the counter where you place an order, for my pickup, even though there is a designated pickup area with a sign that I was standing directly under. Staff needs some serious customer service retraining.
