I have been a supporter of this specific Biggby location for well over a year, visiting three times weekly, and I will no longer be coming back.
This is by far the slowest Biggby location I’ve ever been to. Recently ordered and I was the only person in the store. Two people in the drive thru. It took them 15 minutes to get me a sandwich and two coffees, but the real kicker here is the sandwich I got somehow came out BEFORE the coffee despite it being a hot sandwich. And then the coffees came 10 minutes after that with NO ONE in line. And the bacon egg and cheese sandwich legit had a half piece of bacon on it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Just tried to get coffee ave the manager denied my 100 dollar bill and there's a sign in the window that says dont take anything over 20 or cant break anything over 20. That's not true.

Always takes at least 15 min to get through drive through. It doesn’t matter the time of day or the busyness. Almost seems like they’re just standing around in the back or have an extreme staffing issue. Never a great way to start my day.

Truly the slowest biggby I have ever had the pleasure of ordering from. Drinks are okay but espresso tastes like they don’t clean their machine thoroughly. I only ever pick up a drink here if I’m out of coffee at home and have to reserve at least 20-25 min on a weekday morning to be in the drive thru. It’s in front of my apartment and there’s not a closer starbies so I’m stuck with you!

Came here to grab coffee and breakfast. Drive thru line was long, so I went inside. There were 3 people working (from what I could see), and all 3 of them were on top of it. Drive thru line was constantly moving, they were polite and took my order inside quickly. Friendly, fast service. 10/10 would recommend this Biggby. I ordered a 24oz Mocha Mocha (?) and a sausage egg and cheese bragel on an everything bagel.

This really is the slowest biggby around, if you’re going drive through count on a 25 minute minimum. If you ever get a bagel from biggby- others will wrap it up in foil so it retains heat and doesn’t get crumbs everywhere. This Biggby throws it in the bag without the foil on top of a crumpled napkin (like it was trash). So there’s crumbs all over the napkin you attempt to use.
