I love biggby coffee, but the service at this particular one sucks, I am been here multiple times because it's very close to my job but no one has greeted me when I come into the store as well as when I leave, it comes off very rude,I don't know if I would return to this particular store

The friendly, attractive, blonde haired barista, I think their name was Gwen? Was quite helpful and very friendly. The food was mediocre but the barista made up for the quality.
Always ridiculously slow, no sense of urgency at ALL. People come here before work and you take 40 minutes to clear a 5 car drive through. What a joke.

Last time I went I said my order, employee repeated the order wrong. I was nice when I repeated it again and the employee sighed exasperatedly. I said don't even worry about it and left.
The employees here need to remember some of the people they serve are first responders, nurses, someone getting off a 12hr shift.
If your employees can't handle a 2 drink order without being annoyed (no one else was in the location or in line) they need to find a new job and not take it out on customers.
Thank you biggby for giving me a reason to update my coffee setup.

This location is usually good, but lately is very lackluster. My order has been wrong multiple times now, never used to be like this. And then this morning when I walked in there was no one behind the counter waiting to greet anyone, and the mobile order I put in wasn’t ready even though I placed it more than 20 minutes prior and they clearly weren’t busy since there were 3 workers and no one was at the counter. They really need to step it up because this place is going downhill.
I came here to get a coffee. When I walked in and went up to the counter, the heavy-set lady behind the counter had a smug look on her face and didn't even acknowledge me even though she saw me. So I said, "Can I have a large, medium roast?" She rung it up and had some other guy pour it for me. Now I'm drinking it and it's the nastiest, weakest coffee I've had in a while. $3.50 for a plain, black coffee is ridiculous. The service was horrible, and she definitely didn't deserve even a 50¢ tip.

I agree the new staff is horrible not sociable and very very slow. I noticed Cierra is back and she is the only great person there. She knows her stuff is very patient and polite. I waited over 25 minutes last week for my order . This store needs more people like Cierra who cares. She deserves a raise and promotion what a hard worker.

My fiance and I had a horrible start to our day today. I decided to try and get us a treat to cheer us up a bit. The gal who took my order was very patient and explaining all the flavors and options to me and help me pick the perfect option for my fiance. Her customer service was so exeptional that it literally changed my mood at a very hard time. Thats a blessing to have on your team. Thank you Lily 🩷
