My fiance and I had a horrible start to our day today. I decided to try and get us a treat to cheer us up a bit. The gal who took my order was very patient and explaining all the flavors and options to me and help me pick the perfect option for my fiance. Her customer service was so exeptional that it literally changed my mood at a very hard time. Thats a blessing to have on your team. Thank you Lily 🩷
This location is usually good, but lately is very lackluster. My order has been wrong multiple times now, never used to be like this. And then this morning when I walked in there was no one behind the counter waiting to greet anyone, and the mobile order I put in wasn’t ready even though I placed it more than 20 minutes prior and they clearly weren’t busy since there were 3 workers and no one was at the counter. They really need to step it up because this place is going downhill.
Amazing coffee. Pricey but worth every penny. My bagel sandwich was a little disappointing. I asked for extra cream cheese and well I doubt that I got it the cream cheese I did get it. It was all globed toward the center. The bag was a little over my liking (my fault to be fair. I don’t know that I specified lightly toasted). However, more than redeem themselves with that iced mocha. It’s been Mondays and being able to get such amazing coffee at 5:30 in the morning is a godsend....
