The S Westnedge Biggby has a great team. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and my drink was made just right. Unfortunately, the experience was a little disappointing because the location advertises free Wi-Fi, but it wasn’t working during my visit. I had planned to enjoy my sweet treat while catching up on some emails, but without Wi-Fi I couldn’t get any work done.
I mentioned the issue to staff members, but they weren’t sure what to do. While I appreciate their positive attitudes, it would be helpful if the Wi-Fi was reliable or if the team had a way to troubleshoot when it’s down. Overall, still a good spot for coffee and treats, but I hope they can address the Wi-Fi issue for a better experience next time.

Although it was a slow morning and there were 3 employees working, they struggled to function. They made our drinks and completely forgot our sandwiches, then ignored us when we stayed at the pickup counter even though no one else was in line. We finally had to ask if our sandwiches were ready, and the one employee who seemed to be doing something finally checked and started to make them. This all took 20 minutes.

This is a great place for a relatively quick cup of joe or anything you may need to get your day started. Food is above average and will satisfy. Have been to this establishment on and off for a long while. Would recommend!

I absolutely love Biggby coffee. I love it way more than Starbucks, and it's hard to beat a good turkey and havarti bagel sandwich.
This, however, is my least favorite of all locations. The person working the window was quite rude and demeaning today. His attitude was very poor because I wanted to use a coupon that supports local communities.
When I went to pay, he claimed not to be able to make change for a $20 bill, so I paid with a card—no big deal, but his condescending attitude was just over the top.

The staff is very friendly and quick. Bonus is that they are very helpful and nice to each other. The $5,$7,$9 menu is great since the drinks are so expensive. The atmosphere is very lacking. It’s not a welcoming coffee shop and it could be with a few upgrades The flavor of the drinks is consistent with the other locations which are sweet so be careful.
My biggest disappointment is in the fact that they only have oat milk and almond milk which both are bad alternatives for those who can’t have a lot of sugar.

It was pretty expensive. I guess because I don't drink out every day, I think it's expensive. Almost $7 for 20oz of coffee is pretty expensive, though. It was good and they were nice and helpful, if I was near a biggby coffee again I might stop if I needed a bit of caffeine.
This place denied your coupons after they assured you that they will take the coupons. You keeps ordering and you ready to pay and they say Sorry this coupon is for special drinks like latte, ice latte, ice coffee..... Yeah, I'm just ordered two medium hot coffee and a sandwich.... Yeah you scammed me with $19 and sure they do takes people money.

The reason I have 3 starts is specifically due to the wait time. I’m not sure if they need more help or what but I’ve essentially had to avoid coming here unless I arrive an hour before work (bigby is about 13 mins away from my work) because it take 30+ minutes for an order.
Again i understand it gets busy, but when it’s two of us and the person ahead of me just got 2 coffees… I started cracking up this morning because I couldn’t figure out why it took so long for 2 coffees! 😅

I was just here to pick up a order an a homeless men walked in to git a muffin. i can not believe the young girl told him that they could not serve him shame on biggby coffee you don't treat people like this .smh an he had the money in his hand for one muffin 😪 this is just sad
