My husband is a veteran and wanted to come to Bob Evans. We got to your restaurant and there was about 6 people in line and one lady said I been here about 10 minutes and no one ever come back to seat me. We waited 10 more minutes and no one seated us. I went in and looked you had about 8 empty tables and booths. This is no way to treat Veterans.

Dirty towels and stains across the whole restaurant. Terrible customer service with the server dashing away every 2 seconds. He didn’t write anything down forgetting everything and messing up all the orders. I ordered apple pancakes but received regular, ordered hash browns but received home style potato’s, and received the wrong sausage. Told him about the sausage the second we got our food and ended up having to wait until we got our receipt until we finally got it. We got one on one plate then had to wait again until we got the second. Had to ask for coffee refills after waiting for ages. The steak was also incredibly tough and over cooked. It was well over well done and was borderline a rock, even though I ordered medium. Everything was just about overcooked and burnt. Barely any mushrooms or onions in the steak tips either. Plus they were hard and not soft. No photos of the sausage since we didn’t get it until 2 minutes before leaving

The atmosphere feels warm and welcoming, and it’s a great place to relax and enjoy a good meal. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do. Definitely one of my favorite spots for breakfast or lunch.
