Fun venue with energetic vibe. Large entree selection and full bar. Good food. Friendly staff. Music bingo night was fun too.

No complaints. Very tasty burger, and the fries were good. Service was good, and the food came out timely.

Used to be a regular at Brewsters until they jacked their prices way up without changing their menu prices online. Result is that after placing an online order based on the menu, shocked to see what the real bill is. Example is double order of hot wings online is $14 and change. When picking it up, they tell you it's over $22. Won't be back.

Pulled pork is great! All of the employees are SO nice. My Long Island was great too. I will be back when I visit Kalamazoo.

Not impressed. Food was cold. Some of the food they gave us looked like scraps. We asked for smoked wings and they where fried. We asked for a manager it took her 30 mins to get there. She was trying to give everyone free dessert. And when she was told no she still pushed it a little. When I spoke up and said it was unacceptable more needed to be done. That's when she started taking care of the bill. Ita not like we spend cheap money, we spent almost 200.00( this is not even 1/2 of it all)

My wife and I came here with my uncle while he was in town for vacation. He came the day before and said it was good, but when we went for lunch it took over an hour to get our food even though the kitchen did not seem very busy, otherwise everything was good, the service was okay.

They have a large menu with many tasty options! My Cajun chicken sandwich with fries were great and my friend loved the fried pickles. The food is good here but service during lunchtime was extremely slow. It took 45 minutes to get our food. We were late getting back to work because of it.

Brewster's has good food, fairly quick service, reasonable prices and are located just off the freeway which makes them a convenient stop if you are passing through the Portage area. You will also enjoy the all the cool decorations, if you have kids they will appreciate the train driving around near the ceiling.

Took over a half hour to have my food ready and then it was just all warmed up meat and why to much cheese on mine money really cared for the flavor of the meat in their meals you could tell it was warmed up after being in a fridge witch gets me on way it took over a half hour to make.

Could have been a great meal, but...... it wasn't meant to be.After driving all day, coming up on Kalamazoo and we all got really hungry. Looked up restaurants and this one popped up.... the thought of a nice slab of ribs and a cold beer sounded very appealing. The place was not very busy, yet it took a long time for a plump, blonde waitress to show up. She came off as a bit rude, like she didn't want to be there. She seemed annoyed when I asked her what was on tap (there was no drink list anywhere). The beer I ordered smelled like a wet, dirty dog.... the waitress was a bit irritated when I asked for something else. The slab of St. Louis dry-rub ribs was..... eh. Mediocre at best. Not much flavor, they were cold, and far too fatty. Waitress did check on us once.... and I did want another beer, but I was afraid to ask. Later, we waited and waited for the check... we seemed to be on the "pay-no-mind list" at that point. I did see her walking around the bar, back and forth, but it didn't look like she was doing very much. I finally had to walk up to her and ask her for the bill. The only reason I'm not giving this place one star is because my family enjoyed their food.... but I did not. None of us were happy with the service. Otherwise, we won't annoy her with our presence ever again, because we're never going back there.

Ordered pork Cubano sandwich and it was wonderful...served with French fries. Half sandwich enough to fill me up and I have yummy leftovers for tomorrow. Ordered fried mushrooms for appetizer.. The best mushrooms I have had for a very long while. This place is definitely worth visiting for some great grub

My wife and I went there for a celebratory dinner. She ordered a BLT with fried green beans as the appetizer and i myself ordered the pepper jack cheese balls. Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious! Service was slow, but not inattentive, the staffing "is only like 3" all in all a great evening with hard working and considerate staff. I will be back for more!

The food was excellent as usual and and the server did everything within his power to make us happy and he did a great job. Everyone enjoyed their meal and their time there.

We have eaten here quite frequently but the last 2 times the service was terrible. The worst service being this evening. Waited 40 minutes for our food dispite being only 1 of 2 tables occupied in the dining room only to have cold food. The server was no where to be found and never came back, not even to refill drinks. We had to have another server get her for our bill. When she brought the bill to the table she was beyond rude. We will NOT be back and will tell our friends to dine elsewhere.
