After placing my order I told the customer service lady I had a rewards code. She says next time could you tell her first now she has to rering it all in. Well please get better your job is to ask your customers first if they have a rewards code then proceed. I don't know how your computers work niether does other customers. Please do your job do not expect your customers to know this. Thank you

This place is a disaster. Be warned. If you go through the drive-through and they ask you to pull ahead to their front doors, odds of actually getting your food are slim. Three times I've been through their drive-through, and twice they clearly have forgotten about me and my order. Each time I had to go in and ask what was up, and each time they seemed puzzled by who I was or what order I was waiting on even though I already had paid. The first time I could chalk up to a mistake, bad day, whatever. The second time in three trips tells me they are clueless and incompetent. Stay away from this place.

I wish I could give 5 stars but there were a couple substantial problems. It took a bit to get my shakes which wouldn’t be as big of a deal if my wife’s nuggets would have been good. They were horrible and they seemed overwhelmed so I didn’t complain. There was an employee named Nana that was awesome though. He was putting ice in the machine and brought our shakes. He had a very upbeat positive attitude. Over all the experience was ok. My burger was awesome. But they need to get their nugget game together. It was rough.

Every time I come to this Burger King, they have me pull forward and wait after placing my order—almost like they’re trying to hit a metric while everyone behind me gets their food and moves on. The wait is always longer than it should be, and the service just feels inefficient. If speed is supposed to be a priority, they’re missing the mark.

I have come to this location often. It is pretty average. I've had great experiences and poor ones, but that's typical of fast food, especially since covid rocked our world. However, major kudos today! I came through and ordered breakfast. It's so fresh, and the woman working the window was just utterly kind and polite. Thank you, thank you!

Ordered 2 bacon and egg biscuits with no cheese. After I watched several orders go out in the 10 minutes i waited, and after I ordered, they told me they only had one biscuit left. I said, "Just give me that and a croissant, without cheese." After another 5 minutes I just asked for my money back, she said my order was up. A few minutes later I got it and left. When I got home and opened the bag, 2 croissants WITH cheese. Smp
My go to place for hamburgers and chicken sandwiches. Good prices. Flame broiled Whoppers as always.

This place can never get your order right ever. Fries half filled and cold. I came for breakfast and dinner and each time order is wrong. Don’t think about having any allergy or dietary preferences. They will make your food as is because their attention to detail probably is non existent. Wanted no ketchup or mustard on burger and it looked like they realized the mistake and just wiped the condiments off cause that was what was left on bread but none on the top of burger. Shame. Expected from fast food restaurants. Employees look and acted clueless and had no idea what my order was. Terrible location. There were no other people in the restaurant…figures. Expected better from a “remodel”.

Too bad the flame broiler is gone with the remodel, no more flame broiled goodness that burger king was known for. Otherwise fresh, but no different than any other fast food restaurant burger.
