Consistently great food-chicken marsala, pork chops, steaks, salmon, mahi wulfe, shrimp and scallops, sides, appetizers, desserts-everything I've ever had here-along with consistently great service, make this a restaurant I've been to many, many times and will continue to enjoy as long as possible!
The food was ok to good, but we had several issues. We ordered our food that came with a special sauce. When they brought the food out they didn't have the sauce with it. When I asked, they said they were all out. Totally understandable, but need better communication. Apparently we ordered premium sides, but our waiter and menu didn't indicate that fries were an upcharge. Drinks were not mixed well at all too was watery, bottom too strong. Lastly, I was told they don't bring a check, but after you pay you can have a copy of an itemized receipt and while the server is there you have to select on his pay device how much to tip. Probably won't go back because of the service issues. Not mad, but not a great experience for the $100 we spent for dinner for two.
Our first time here tonight and we had an awesome server. Dan thank you for your outstanding service, we really appreciate your hospitality. The food was delicious. So much flavor, we will definitely be back for more. ?Vegetarian options: I had the veggie ravioli and it was amazing.Kid-friendliness: Kid’s menu with delicious options, and very polite to kids and helped us box the food for us so we could tend to our young ones, much appreciated.
Rarely do I have the pleasure of having a server provide a service to the highest standards. As a restaurant owner of 20 years, the server known as, Prince, was polite, attentive, and spot on with timing. I don't recall being able to say, Thank You, with such heart felt emotion to someone in the service industry, but here I go...Thank you Prince for an amazing dining experience and allowing my significant other and I to have such an amazing memory at carrabba's. We will definitely be back to enjoy another dinner . We only hope you are able to be our server! PS, I had the mezzaluna dish...excellent.
