Has always been a solid option, however my wife and I were in for dinner at 8pm last Tuesday and the service and food was sub par at best. There was Zero hustle in the restaurant, claimed they were busy but the patio was maybe 3/4 full, and we were one of 4 tables inside. The vibe was completely off.
Multiple servers staring at each other, while it took tables 10+ minutes to be acknowledged and have the server come to the table. Had a view of the kitchen, and there was zero hustle there either. It seemed like no one wanted to be there.
Food was not good and almost inedible. We didn’t even bother complaining.
If this were my first time there, I would never go back. However I know that it’s not normal. We were highly disappointed.

Three strikes and Taphouse is now out!! We have had issues with this place the last 2 times we have been there but decided to try one more time. Well we shouldn’t have it was Friday night June 6. We understand on a Friday night it will be busy but it really wasn’t too bad. It took forever to get our food. We called the manage over who basically said they were backed up and didn’t know what to tell us……brought our food out threw it in the table and acted like he could care less…he did say he would cover the food which we didn’t get all that we ordered. We left money for the beers and left and will not be back!!!

Started out good, the food is really really good came out pretty quick. Don't understand why they don't take the dirty dishes away when were done, had to ask for more water well my mom asked for water she got some and walked away my dad was like I guess we don't get any. Mean while or dirty dishes just sit there we pay the bill and they just sit. The food was excellent!!!

Great servers! Solid menu. Nice patio. The food is great and fresh. Only critique - quit skimping on the avocado. ;) That’s the best part of the club. Good drinks with a good range of options to select from. My old fashioned was great. Clean bathrooms.

Dinner was great, but what made the visit outstanding was our waiter, Willow. Willow went out of his way to make sure our dinner was exactly what we wanted. Personable and prompt. Willow made us fell like we were his most important guests.

On Valentine’s Day after a very rough week of parenting we realized we had no dinner plans. Taking two kids out didn’t seem great given we knew most places would be packed. We ordered online on a whim. As our order arrived my phone rang. It was Center St. their food runner missed getting one of our items in the bag and they wanted to make it right. In the end we came up with a plan where we placed a second order for dessert(where they there in my husbands entree) and their manager gave us a gift card covering the cost of the dessert, service fees, and tip for the driver. Their commitment to making it right has encouraged us to add them to our next date night out. They could have just told us to ask for a refund online but instead gave us the choice of that or them making it right. The food was well worth the wait and the dessert we got was phenomenal as well! We truly felt cared for even on a night as crazy as Valentine’s Day.
Practically no options for anyone with diet restrictions. Service was poor, and we heard the same terrible pop song multiple times in the half hour we were there.

Dinner menu is pretty weak for a place like this. My girls bun was double the size of her burger and the tomato was cut into a giant wedge with the lettuce so giant you could use it as a place mat. Fries were way under cooked for the both of us and my burger had some flavor but I've had the same burger at any other place I could've went too. Been here 4 times now and haven't been impressed once except for beer.

I’ve been to taphouse many times. Typically an okay place food is mediocre drinks are ok. I haven’t been for awhile until and wanted to give it another try today. We got seated and then waited 10 plus minuets and still no server or anyone came to our table. The servers passed by us many times and nobody bothered to ask if we had been helped we didn’t have water or anything on the table. We left after nobody came to our table after sitting for over 10 minutes and no they were not that busy most of the servers were gathered talking at the side of the bar. Seems like lazy & slow service.
