More vegetarian options please. Took my parents here but I'm vegetarian. Had mac and cheese it was creamy and Fries with the yummy sauce. Please get on the vegetarian band wagon with a vegetarian chix sandwich PLEASE! I want to keep coming here with my chicken people. 😉🐔

First time I've ever had a chicken biscuit with a fresh and hot biscuit! 🔥 It wasn't flat and compact looking either. My expectations at all the others have changed now. I've been missing out all this time at all the other locations I've been to. Service was great as well.

Quick pit stop at the Kalamazoo Chick-fil-A turned into a mini victory lap! 🚗💨 Pulled in starving, pulled out smiling—spicy deluxe sandwich was chef’s kiss, waffle fries perfectly salted, and the Polynesian sauce? A tropical vacation in a packet and topped it off with a great milk shake. Drive-thru crew was lightning-fast and somehow still had time to say “my pleasure” like they meant it. 10/10 would detour again! 🐔✨

The food is always great here, one thing I can see needs to be done is to clean the center wall that separates the booths from the order line , it pretty filthy…… update we got our order and the chicken strips were at best room temp, and that’s weird as the restaurant was super busy hope you can improve this way too many ppl to go up and return the strips.
I was very disappointed to find out that Chick-fil-A has joined the number of restaurants that lie on their reporting to doordash in their drivers. In order to make their numbers look good they Mark the order ready for pickup 5 to 10 minutes before the actual order is up I thought honesty was a Christian value which Chick-fil-A is so proud of reminding us all that they are. When I had the audacity to point out what they were doing to them and tell them we didn't appreciate it I got the cold shoulder from the entire staff for the rest of my stay. Doordash at avoid this at all costs if you're a Dasher and you're reading this review join us and boycotting Chick-fil-A we're tired of them treating us like crap.
