I went through to get a quick snack. This was on 4/6/24 around lunchtime. I was greeted by someone named Alex, he was so kind and patient. Gave me a small menu to look at, gave me as many sauces as I want for free because they want the experience to be wonderful for us. And indeed it was. He looked so happy to serve me as well as other customers. And he had such good manners.Will definitely come back. Chick Fil A is getting so much more business I guarantee just from the way they are kind towards customers. 10/10 experience. Ordered fries, some Chick Fil A sauce and a water. Fries were fresh and hot. I never write reviews but I appreciated the way they treated me so much I couldn’t not write one.Be more like Alex:)

Very slow mornings. Did a mobile order so I was trapped in drive thru. Not a usual chikfila service here. 20 mins in 1 spot 6 cars ahead of me. Need to hire more morning crew. Pulled me up on a mobile order I made 30 mins prior to arriving. You knew what I would be ordering...
Haven't had chick fil a in 10 years, drove a 2 hour road trip to get some, and it was bad enough I don't want to eat there ever again. Service was rude, tried sending us away from the drive thru without our food, then we park and see they forgot half our order, got that fixed to receive burnt chicken. Shame on you, I used to love eating here, we'll never be back.

My family and I have never had a bad experience at this or any other Chick-fil-A. I just wish the company would consider how annoying their employees' overuse of the phrase "My pleasure" can be. Case in point: I recently called this store to ask if Chick-fil-A is offering fish during Lent this year. I was told that it's not. However, instead of saying something like "I'm sorry about that, sir," the employee punctuated his answer with a "My pleasure" - almost as if it gave him pleasure to give a customer disappointing news.
